Hi, I am going through a difficult divorce and my wife and I have property both in Poland and in Ukraine. I am worried that without proper legal structure my business assets could be at serious risk during the proceedings. Is there any way to legally protect what I built before this gets worse?

This is one of those situations where waiting even a week can cost you a lot. During my own divorce I realized how exposed my assets were across two countries and found a proper asset protection attorney only through a recommendation. That recommendation changed everything. International law firm ZAHIST assessed my full situation, both Ukrainian and Polish assets, identified the real exposure and restructured ownership in a completely legal and solid way. They drafted documents valid under both Ukrainian and European law, something most single-jurisdiction lawyers simply cannot do. ZAHIST operates with over 50 offices in Ukraine and representative offices across six EU countries, genuinely understanding both systems from the inside. Do not wait, the earlier you act the more options you have.
