Pléyades (de pleias = muchas) es el nombre de un bellísimo grupito de estrellas situado en el hemisferio norte de la Esfera celeste, a 24º de latitud celeste norte, pero es visible desde parte del hemisferio sur de la Tierra, y durante más o menos los dos meses antes y después del 20 de noviembre. La noche durante la que podemos ver a las Pléyades en el punto más alto de nuestro campo celeste de visión en todo el año es la del día 20 de noviembre porque la Nave espacial "Tierra" se coloca entre el Sol y las Pléyades, un momento natural -como muchos otros- de inicio y fin de año. En el zodiaco maya es el primer signo: T'zab, la serpiente (Kan) de cascabel, las Pléyades.
El 20 de mayo de 2011 también ocurrió que se alinearon Mercurio, Venus y Marte.

Y el 20 de mayo de 2012 la Luna pasa entre la Tierra y el Sol proyectando su sombra sobre cierta franja de la superficie del planeta Tierra de modo que desde esa franja se puede ver un eclipse de Sol junto a las Pléyades. La parte más densa de la sombra de la Luna pasará por el sur de la isla de Japón, el legendario monte Fujiyama y la "millonaria" ciudad de Tokio, rozando a la ya famosa ciudad de Fukushima.
Un momento cósmico -no sólo histórico- para vivir: contemplar a las Pléyades en pleno día. Esta misma firma en el firmamento (la Luna eclipsando al Sol muy cerca de las Pléyades) ocurrió justamente en el año 3.113 antes del inicio de la era cristiana, y especialmente desde la latitud de la Península del Yucatán, sede de la civilización maya que considera a Alción como centro entorno al que gira el Sol. Ese año, ese momento, se estableció como inicio de la actual Cuenta Larga del Ciclo Maya, y tal Cuenta Larga finaliza el 21 de diciembre del 2.012.
También entre los eventos astronómicos del año 2012 hay otro relacionado con las Pléyades. Es el 3 abril de 2012 cuando finaliza y se reinicia un ciclo pleyadiano de Venus en el que interviene también la Tierra.
Podemos considerar a las Pléyades como una de las participantes en la firma cósmica del final de 2º milenio cristiano y comienzo del 3er milenio, pues el 29 de junio del año 2000 de la era cristiana, desde la Tierra a las Pléyades se les veía sobre Júpiter y Saturno que se habían congregado en el cielo terrestre (e incluso se sumó la luna menguante).

En la Esfera celeste de la Tierra, las Pléyades están situadas a unos 24 grados por encima del Ecuador celeste (proyección del plano del ecuador terrestre) y unos 3 grados por encima de la eclíptica (que representa al plano de la órbita de la Tierra). Y como la Nave espacial pasa entre el Sol y las Pléyades cada 20 de noviembre, las personas que habitan en el paralelo a 24 grados norte del ecuador, en ese día en la medianoche están justo en la línea entre el Corazón de la Tierra y las Pléyades, a las cuales tiene justo encima de su coronilla, como una corona de estrellas, en la cenital. Y se ve que mientras la persona sí está literalmente debajo de las Pléyades, el planeta no está debajo de las Pléyades.

La coordenada de las Pléyades (24 grados y 0'6 minutos de declinación) se corresponde en la esfera del planeta con un paralelo ligeramente más al norte que el del Trópico de Cáncer (ya de Tauro). En tal paralelo está la capital de Arabia, Riyadh, o más al oeste la ciudad de Medina, la llamada "Ciudad del Profeta". También el norte de la península del Yucatán -lugar tan ligado a la cultura maya para la que las Pléyades son fundamentales- pasa una vez cada día por debajo de las Pléyades, que aparecen en la dirección cenital. Esto significa que las personas que habitan en Medina y Riyadh o en la Península del Yucatán (y en ese paralelo 24º06' norte) tienen a las Pléyades justo encima de sus coronillas durante el mediodía del 20 de mayo y la medianoche del 20 de noviembre.
Desde la Piel de la Madre Tierra vemos a las Pléyades en un punto del firmamento que está justo en el borde de la región cubierta por la Luna durante 19 años (ciclo metónico) a modo de Astropista cósmica cuya Mediana (eclíptica) es aparentemente recorrida por el Sol durante el año y por la que circulan los planetas. Así, cada 19 años y durante varios tránsitos de 28 en 28 días, la Luna llega a eclipsar a las Pléyades. Actualmente está ocurriendo así. De hecho, por ejemplo, el 7 de enero de 2009 o el 2 de marzo ocurre un eclipse pleyadiano.

Desde la Nave Aire, Agua y Tierra y tomando a las demás estrellas como guías, podemos localizar fácilmente a las Pléyades guiándonos por la estrella más brillante de nuestro firmamento: Sirio, que aparece en su punto más alto del año en la medianoche del día 1 de enero y con la constelación de Orión bien visible. A continuación proyectamos una línea que pase por las tres estrellas que forman el Cinturón de Orión. Si continuamos en la misma línea recta pasamos por Aldebarán y encontramos a las Pléyades. La siguiente imagen reproduce dicho esquema. El Sol está situado en el punto que corresponde al 20 de mayo.

What are the Pleiades?"The beautiful group of stars known as the Pleiades is mentioned three times in Scripture. Job 9:8-9 and Amos 5:8 explain their origin, stating that the Creator 'stretches out the heavens' and is the Master of the Pleiades. Job 38:31-32 further declares that only the Lord can 'bind the beautiful Pleiades' and bring them forth in their season. These stars are indeed gravitationally bound together in a cluster. They appear in the November skies and are located above Orion's left shoulder, where six icy-blue stars can be seen in the shape of a little dipper, smaller than the moon. Binoculars reveal dozens of additional stars in the Pleiades group. The stars are 400 light-years away but are actually near-neighbors of earth in the Milky Way galaxy."The Pleiades stars have been described in many different ways. Chinese records from 2357 BC describe them as golden bees or flying pigeons. The Greeks named the stars the 'seven sisters.'  The Pleiades, also known as the "Seven Sisters", is the most famous of all star clusters. The group is very conspicuous, and has been known and regarded with reverence since early times. It was first mentioned by the Chinese in their annals of about 2300 BC, but the earliest European references are somewhat later, in a poem by Hesiod about 1000 BC and in Homer's Odyssey.The myth tells that the Pleiades where seven nymphs, which were saved by Zeus from the pursuit by the giant Orion, by being transformed into a group of doves and placed among the stars. And in the heavens, to this day, Orion still chases the Pleiades across the sky.The Pleiades, also known as theSeven Sisters and M45.Joe Roberts [larger image]To a casual glance, the Pleiades appear as a misty patch, but good eyesight reveals six or seven individual stars and some observers with exceptional eyesight have recorded ten or more under excellent conditions. In all, twenty Pleiads shine at sixth magnitude or brighter, although some are too close to other stars to be resolvable without optical aid. On the next night, try your luck at Pleiades stalking and see how many you can count.Binoculars and small telescopes bring many more stars into view, covering about one degree of the sky. At least 300 stars are members of the group which lies 400 light years away. The cluster makes its best impression with low-power wide-field type instruments. High powers are absolutely useless on such an object, because the impression of a cluster will be totally lost if only one star can be seen in the field at a time.Under very clear conditions, some hint of nebulosity may be seen around 4th-magnitude Merope, and this shows up well in long-exposure photographs like the one above. Does Cyon not sound like Sion/Zion - the heavenly city of God? "Glorious things of Thee are spoken, Zion city of our God." Psalm 87. The Hebrews believed it to be the City of David- the City of the Lord- the City of Foundation.
I found an intriguing article by Ken Raines called Jehovah: Ancient Astronaut from the Pleiades 7 Apparently for 62 years, 1891 - 1953, the Watchtower Society (Jehovah's Witness) taught that God resided on the star Alcyone in the Pleiades constellation and that from this star he governed the universe. It was also stated that the City of Zion in heaven was Alcyone. The original Watchtower magazine was called Zion's Watchtower. In Micah 4:8 of the Old Testament, it reads, "And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem." Remember the Pleiades were most frequently represented as a flock of doves.
At this point I want to briefly divert to the Priory of Sion and its reported reverence for Mary Magdalene. The clue is in her name, which seems to mean "of Magdala" - with some possible interpretation as "place of the dove", "place of the tower" and "temple-tower". 8 In the Woman with the Alabaster Jar Margaret Starbird writes that "tower of the flock" in the above Biblical reference is translated into Magdal-edar. 9 So was Mary Magdalene just a secret Pleiadian code and the Priory of Sion was actually the Priory of Alcyone? The so-called sacred Merovingian bloodline between Mary Magdalene and Jesus might actually refer to their Pleiadian cosmic origins. For example, like many other ancient cultures, the Mayans of Meso-America called the Pleiades "the cranary" for it was the seedbed of their civilisation and the cosmic star mother who gave her children the codes of light. 10 The Merovingians founded and named the city of Paris after Prince Paris, the son of King Priam of Troy. In the Iliad, Electra (one of the seven Pleiades) was the mother of Dardanos, the founder of Trojan race and according to David Icke, the Merovingian bloodline is traced back to Troy - another Pleiadian connection.
In The Templer Revelation, the authors suggest that Mary Magdalene and Jesus were Initiates of the Cult of Isis. Isis was the most venerated Egyptian goddess - the creatress from whom all arose. The sign of Isis is a circle with horns exactly like the sign of Taurus. Her dance of the seven veils corresponds with the seven stars of the Pleiades. I believe she was often portrayed as veiled because of the nebula around the western side of the Pleiades. I found this quote by J.R. Skinner in The Celestial Ship of the North by E.Valentia Straiton. "Isis, Issa, is the Virgin mother of the gods. Neith, Isis, Hathor, Venus and others are all one and the same. Issa, or woman, or Egyptian Isi-s, Isis, but Isi was Jesse, the father of David, who was the father of Jesus, as Isi. So, indeed Isis in Egyptian was the feminine form of Isi, or Jes-, as a form of aish, man, was Jes-us." 11

THE PLEIADES CONNECTION TO THE NEW JERUSALEM

This article began as a technical explanation of where God’s Throne room is allegorically located in Heaven, and ended with a fascinating study of the relationship of Camelopardalis and the Northern Circumpolar Region with Taurus, Orion and the Pleiades Star Cluster, which is an allegorical representation of God’s Throne Room within the New Jerusalem. Read on to find out how I came to this fascinating conclusion, which led to my creation of the stunning illustration above showing the Pleiades/New Jerusalem connection!
To begin, we need to look within the Bible to find hints about where God’s Throne Room is allegorically located in Heaven. Although the entire expanse of the heavens is called God’s Throne in the Bible, there are speculations that God’s actual Throne Room may be located near to the Earth’s Northern Celestial Pole because of this verse in Leviticus:
Leviticus 1:11 - “He shall kill it (the atonement sacrifice) on the north side of the altar before Yahweh; and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.”
Some believe this means that God’s heavenly abode must be north of the Altar of Sacrifice in the Jerusalem Temple, thus connecting His abode to the Earth’s Northern Celestial Polar Region in space. In addition, after the empty space behind the star Polaris was discovered recently, some have speculated that it might be some kind of doorway or portal between the Second Heaven, which is our physical Universe, and the Third Heaven, where God dwells (Note: The First Heaven is the Earth’s Atmosphere).
This connection is further supported by the location of the constellation Cepheus, or the Enthroned King and Cassiopeia, or the Enthroned Queen of Heaven in the Northern Celestial Polar Region of the sky. Finally, the sheep pens Ursa Major and Ursa Minor signifying the sheep or believers shepherded by Yahshua our Messiah are located around the Northern Celestial Pole, although Ursa Minor’s position inside the curve of the tail of Draco the Red Dragon indicates that some of them are deceived by Satan. The constellation Cepheus signifies Yahshua as the King of kings, and Cassiopeia depicts His Bride, who is filled with His Holy Spirit, and they are located near to the constellation Draco to indicate who will defeat the Red Dragon or Satan. Cepheus and Cassiopeia also represent Yahshua and the Holy Spirit as the spiritual leaders of the sheep signified by Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, who need guidance to escape the clutches of Draco, which represents the Devil, sin and death. Draco is a big constellation that dominates one section of the Northern Celestial Polar Region of the sky, as seen in these Starry Night program screen shots:

Fascinatingly, the Giraffe constellation is also located in the Northern Circumpolar Region of our sky. It is called Camelopardalis, which combines the Greek words “camelo” or camel and “lopardes” or leopard to describe the appearance of a giraffe. This constellation wasn’t identified in ancient times, but was created in relatively recent times to identify the dim section of space that it is located in.
As can be seen from one of the screen shots above, Camelopardalis is directly above the constellation Taurus, with the Sun in direct alignment with the Pleiades Star Cluster. If you draw a perpendicular line through Taurus, Orion can be seen below, while Auriga and Perseus are above Taurus and just below Camelopardalis. These constellations can all be seen in the southerly regions of Earth’s sky in the winter months, but are not currently visible because they are in daylight skies near the Sun.
Scientists have recently reported that the Earth may pass through the debris field of the relatively faint and little-known Comet 209P Linear, creating a new Meteor Shower that will be visible from the head region of Camelopardalis, the Giraffe. As such, if the Meteor Shower does materialize, it may resemble the Great Meteor Storm of 1833. I wrote a detailed article about this coming Meteor Shower/Storm here:

If this new Meteor Shower does materialize, it could also bring about the Sixth Seal Judgment leading to the first of the Trumpet Plagues, which also means it may be a sign that the Rapture is just about to take place, although no one knows the day or hour.
Now, since the Northern Circumpolar Region of Earth’s sky appears to be the location of God’s face, it’s interesting to note that I identified the constellations Taurus and Aries as the allegorical heavenly location of God’s Altar in Heaven. Fascinatingly, the four horns of Taurus and Aries represent the four horns on the corners of the altar that once stood outside God’s Temple in Jerusalem. Also within this symbolic altar is the star called Al-Cyone, or “The Center”, which many scientists believe marks the region of the sky where the center of the Universe is located. Al-Cyone also happens to be the brightest star within the Pleiades Star Cluster in Taurus, as well as the brightest member of a binary star system.
As I will show in this article, the Pleiades Star Cluster may be allegorically connected to the New Jerusalem, which is to be the heavenly and earthly home of the Bride of Christ and her Redeemer Yahshua Ha Mashiach for eternity. In fact, the word “Al Cyone” was the name of a mythological woman who married the son of the “Morning Star”, which is a special appellation for Yahshua in the Book of Revelation (See Rev. 22:16). This suggests that Al Cyone signifies the Bride of Christ, and by extension, the New Jerusalem, where God and His Son will dwell with the Bride of Christ or Church of Philadelphia for all eternity after the Millennial Rule of Yahshua.
Interestingly, the Bible tells us that the New Jerusalem will not have need of a Temple, because God will dwell within all His saints. In addition, in connection with Yahshua and the Spirit of God the Father, Who dwell in our hearts, we will serve as Yahweh God’s Holy Temple for eternity:
Revelation 21:22-24 - “But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.”
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 - “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 17 If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.”
Although there are seven prominent stars in the Pleiades that can be seen with the unaided eye in dark skies, there are actually ten fairly bright stars altogether, and four of these stars are binary, as can be seen in the photographic image I’ve carefully labeled at the beginning of this article. So, if we imagine that the star Al-Cyone represents the New Jerusalem where God’s Temporal Throne will one day be, and upon which God the Father will forever symbolically sit enthroned through His Son Yahshua (see Rev. 7:14-17 and Rev. 21:22-23), it would make sense that this star also represents the Church of Philadelphia, and one of the Seven Churches and Lampstands surrounding God’s Throne, just as is described in the Book of Revelation:
Revelation 1:20 - “The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.”
Revelation 4:5 - “And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.”
Revelation 7:14-17 - “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. 16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; 17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
In the passage from Revelation 7 quoted above, note that He who sits on the Throne is the Lamb in the midst of the throne. The term “Lamb” is another appellation for Yahshua, and it refers to His sacrifice on the Cross. His Crucifixion was an allusion to the Passover lambs that are sacrificed on the eve of Passover to remember the protection of the Israelites from the Angel of Death that passed over Egypt just before the Exodus. Likewise, Yahshua was the sacrificial Lamb that protects sanctified believers in Him from death and eternal separation from God in Hell.

The Seven Spirits of God are a reference to the characteristics that the Holy Spirit brings forth in God’s Servants, and they are tied allegorically to the Seven Churches as the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in believers. Two of the nine prominent stars in the Pleiades may also be connected to the Two Witnesses. The heavenly lampstands associated with the Two Witnesses may well be represented by the stars Atlas and Pleione, which are to the right of the star Al-Cyone in the Pleiades Star Cluster. These stars could signify the Two Witnesses as two lampstands before God’s Throne, which is signified by the bright star Al-Cyone:
Revelation 11: 3-4 - “And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth. 4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth.”
The Seven Spirits of God are connected to the Seven Churches represented by the stars Asterope, Maia, Taygeta, Celaeno, Electra, Merope, and Al-Cyone, with the bright star Electra possibly signifying the persecuted Church of Smyrna. Interestingly, Taygeta and Merope are members of a binary star system, meaning that they may have two prophetic applications instead of one. This is also true of Asterope, which is actually the two neighboring stars 21 and 22 Tauri, as well as the binary stars Al-Cyone and Atlas.
The fact that both Al-Cyone and Atlas are binary star systems suggests that they may have an allegorical connection with the star Sirius in Canis Major. In my book “The Language of God in History”, I showed that Sirius, which is the brightest star in our skies, has a definite connection to Jerusalem and Bethlehem, which is a nearby suburb of Jerusalem. In Greek Mythology, which was invented to explain the historical events of the Bible’s Book of Genesis from the perspective of the outcast Cain rather than from the godly line of Seth, Pleione was the wife of Atlas, and she gave birth to seven daughters. Atlas and Pleione are the names of two of the stars in the Pleiades, while the names of their daughters are connected to seven other stars in the Pleiades. These became known in legend as the Seven Sisters, and it is my firm belief that they represent the Seven Churches of Revelation in the Star Gospel.

The most common legend about these Seven Sisters is that they were the immortal nymph companions of the goddess Artemis. Collectively, these sisters were called the Pleiades, and they were very close - spending all their time together. That is, until one of them became mortal by falling in love with a human, and was thereby eventually claimed by Hades in death. Meanwhile, the other six nymphs stayed immortal. However, they were eventually given an abode in the heavens as a form of protection by the top god Zeus to protect them from the amorous advances of Orion. According to the Greeks, Orion was a mortal hero and half son of the gods who found the Pleiades sisters to be very desirable. This happened after Orion got involved in a hunt with Artemis, upon which he discovered the beautiful nymphs in her care and began to relentlessly pursue them.
For students of Bible Prophecy, it should be easy to see how the godly truth behind the Pleiades Star Cluster has been obscured by the line of Cain with the concealing satanic myths of the ancients. Many ancient mythological attempts like this one, which are meant to conceal and warp the truth, are carefully examined in my book “The Language of God in History”. As an example of how the Greek Myths obscure the truth, take a look at what the Gospel in the Stars says about the constellations and stars named after the corresponding deities and heroes of Greek myth. In the Star Gospel lessons discussed in my “Languageof God Book Series”, Orion is clearly identified as a symbol for Yahshua our Messiah coming to conquer the wicked at the Battle of Armageddon. Furthermore, the Pleiades signify the Seven Churches of Revelation, which are not filled with immortal people as yet, but mortal people who have been promised everlasting life and immortality as a result of their faith in Yahshua as God’s Son, who was offered up as an atoning sacrifice for sin.
Furthermore, one of these Churches - the Church of Philadelphia - is held in higher regard than the others and is identified in Revelation, Chapter 3 as the Bride of Christ, who will dwell in the New Jerusalem with her Five Wise Virgin handmaidens in attendance. In Yahshua’s Parable of the Ten Virgins, the Five Wise Virgins represent groups of born-again saints that will be taken out of five of the Seven Churches of Revelation, which are depicted in the Pleiades Star Cluster.

Also fascinating to note is the fact that three of the seven stars in the Pleiades that signify the Seven Churches of Revelation are binary systems - meaning they have dimmer companion stars circling around them. If these are counted, there are a total of ten stars that could also be connected to the Ten Lampstands in the Temple that Solomon built, which may have allegorically signified ten of the Tribes of Israel. These Israelite Tribes are also known as the Ten Lost Tribes because it is believed that many Israelites forgot their Israelite heritage as they mixed with the Gentiles in Europe and Africa through intermarriage. This happened gradually over the ages since the Israelite Diasporas of the 8th, 6th and 1st Centuries BC, and the Jewish Diasporas of the 1st and 2nd Century AD
As a hint of God’s great mercy, the fact that there are still seven stars in the Pleiades that are connected to the Seven Churches suggests that some members from the backslidden, apostate and lukewarm Church of Laodicea will eventually be forgiven by God during the Great Tribulation, and will thus be included in the Millennial Rule of Christ. However, because the Church of Laodicea is so lost spiritually, it is likely represented by the star Celaeno, which is currently the dimmest of the stars signifying the Seven Lampstands and Seven Churches.
Interestingly, the number five signifies that both the Wise and Foolish Virgins are being divided out from among the five of the Seven Churches that Yahshua found fault with. These complaints can be found in His letters to the Churches in the Book of Revelation, Chapters 2 and 3. Indeed, only the Church of Smyrna (the persecuted and the martyrs) and the Church of Philadelphia (relatively poor saints that uphold God’s commandments and love one another as Yahshua taught) were beyond reproach, suggesting that all the members of these two Churches are fully sanctified before God.
I hope you enjoyed this exploration of God’s Word hidden in the Heavenly Tablets - also known as the Zodiac or Mazzaroth, which is a sacred “book” of sorts that was written by God’s own hand when He created the Universe.

(Update: The Camelopardalid Meteor Shower was almost a complete bust, only producing 5 or 10 meteors per hour. These are easy to miss if you look away or blink at the wrong time. So this was obviously NOT a catalyst for the beginning volley of the Wrath of God as I had hoped, but just another warning sign that the Great Tribulation is near, and the Rapture will be soon.
