LA CALIDAD DE LOS PENSAMIENTOS

Una mente enferma y negativa enferma también el cuerpo.

La calidad de los pensamientos va creando una actitud anímica conforme a dichos pensamientos. Y la actitud anímica genera un estado orgánico semejante, para bien o para mal.

El organismo no se envenena sólo por las toxinas que se ingieren sino también por la calidad de los pensamientos que albergamos en nuestra mente y los sentimientos que anidan en nuestro corazón.

Es necesario higienizar la mente. La salud física depende fundamentalmente de nosotros mismos, tanto por la moderación en nuestros hábitos físicos como por la armonía de nuestra mente y corazón.
