Perdon que entre en el tema, eso es debido a que en la musica se uso ese compresor para que ocupe menos espacio, entonces si vuestro pc no tiene instalado ese codec no puede " leer " la musica, por eso os pregunta si lo quereis instalar.

Efectivamente PADRI tien razón en lo que te esta sugeriendo
Tu pc necesita ese code para poder reproducir la musica,
puedes darle a ejecutar cuando te lo pregunta o bien puedes bajartelo
tu de culquier otro sitio pero si no te fias aqui te lo dejo para ti y para todos los que los puedan necesitar
