TENGO UN PROBLEMA: HTTP Status 500

Cada vez que quiero descargar un archivo de Shared, me es imposible
pues me sale este aviso, me podrian ayudar a solucionarlo?

Alcira gracias por tu respuesta,pero creo que esa no es la solucion,
ya que tengo cuenta en 4 shared e inicio sesion.
He buscado en google y he encontrado muchos temas al respecto, creo que la falla
es de programación, pero ni idea tengo de eso.

Ya solucioné el problema, eliminé el internet explorer 7 que tenia...coloqué
de nuevo otro internet explore7 que descargué y sirvio

Volvió a aparecer el mismo problema y no puedo descargar archivos

Dany, ya lo solucioné... me dijeron que descargara el navegador google Chrome, lo hice y se solucionó el problema...con ése no hay pierde, le pones la dirección y hasta te lo descarga más rápido...
