My AT&T internet was out for a week and AT&T's customer support was non-existent. They were clueless and read from scripts without listening at all, It was infuriating. Then they had the nerve after no at&t customer service toll-free number or communication at all to show up when the tech finally arrived and try to sell me cell phone service. Unbelievably disrespectful. I'll never use AT&T again.
