General: Playing longer sessions — is a casino with 100% RTP better?

I want to ask about something practical. I usually play slots or simple casino games in the evening to relax, not to get rich. The problem is that in most casinos my balance disappears very fast, even with small bets, and sessions end sooner than I want.
Someone told me that a casino with 100% RTP might be better for longer, calmer sessions. I’m not sure if that’s true or just theory. Does higher RTP really make a noticeable difference when you play for an hour or more? Or does variance cancel everything out anyway?
I’d really like to hear from someone who tested this not for profit, but just for experience and comfort.

From my personal experience, a casino with 100% RTP is much better for long sessions. The biggest change is pace. In normal casinos, the house edge slowly but constantly pushes you toward zero. You feel it, even if you don’t calculate it.
With 100% RTP games, that pressure is gone. Variance still exists, but the balance lasts longer, and that alone changes how you play. I noticed I was less stressed, didn’t rush bets, and didn’t feel the urge to chase losses.
It doesn’t mean you’ll walk away with profit every time, but if your goal is longer playtime, learning, or just relaxed gambling without constant losses, this type of casino makes a lot of sense.

Appreciate the honest answer, that’s exactly what I wanted to know.

If you’re based in Australia and curious about crypto play, I’d say a bitcoin casino australia setup gives more control over deposits and withdrawals. Transactions land faster, fees stay predictable, and you skip the usual bank delays that often hit Aussie users during peak hours. It still matters to check licence and payout policies, but for smooth crypto sessions, these casinos work far better than traditional options.

Alles verliep soepel.
