DECÁLOGO DE TERNURA
Todos tenemos necesidad de dar y recibir amor. Si no hacemos así, la vida se oscurece.
Para vivir la ternura no se necesitan grandes cualidades. Basta decir con espontaneidad el amor, sin avergonzarse.
La verdadera ternura se conjuga en voz activa y voz pasiva. No sólo hay que darla sino recibirla con espontaneidad y alegría.
La ternura debe expresarse con naturalidad y en todo momento, pero sobre todo en los momentos tensos y difíciles.
La ternura no es amanerada ni trivial. Menos aún no se compagina con la agresividad.
Vivir la ternura no significa ser débil, manejable, sino generoso y acogedor. La ternura no se riñe con la energía.
