Good afternoon. I had an amazing trip from Pittsburgh to New York. The Megabus bus arrived just in time, and I got into the seat I had booked without any problems. The bus driver (named Tony) was very friendly and fun throughout the 7-8 hours of driving, which made the whole trip quite fun. He told a lot of jokes, and all the passengers around me were laughing. The whole atmosphere on the bus was great! I never expected this from a long bus ride, but honestly, I would do it again if Megabus' Tony was the driver every time. He also made several rest stops, by the way, you can see all the information about stops and the routes of the Megabus company here https://megabus.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html , but we still got to New York more than 30 minutes earlier!
