The definition of a Venus "inferior conjunction" is Venus being positioned between the Sun and Earth or in other words the formation of a Sun-Venus-Earth alignment. When it's so precise that Venus passes right in front of the Sun as seen from the Earth, it's called the "Transit of Venus" which occurs very rarely and in pairs. We are currently in the middle of a "Mayan Venus transit pair" in 2004/2012.
Something magical happens when you trace a series of successive Venus inferior conjunctions. By the time you reach the 6th conjunction, you will have drawn a near-perfect pentagram inscribed inside the Earth orbit. A Venus Transit pair - separated by 8 years - has four inferior conjunction between them, six in total, neatly completing one pentagram in that time span.
For the current transit pair, October 29, 2010 was the last conjunction before the pentagram is complete, back at the starting position. Venus was "reborn" there as the "Morning Star." In fact, Every Venus inferior conjunction entails Venus first becoming "invisible" for a few days: During daytime Venus is too close to the Sun for observation, during nighttime Venus is hidden below the horizon with the Sun. Then as Venus progresses forward along its orbit and increasingly farther away from the alignment or the Sun, Venus begins to make a brief reappearance just before sunrise. Each morning Venus will be visible for a longer period of time and higher in the sky. This is a phase of Venus when it's called the "Morning Star" also known as "Lucifer" (literally meaning "light bearer").

It was almost certainly no coincidence that the Games began on August 13, exactly 225 days after January 1, 2004, which matches Venus' orbital period around the Sun... 225 earth-days!

It was in this overall symbolic context that Athens' opening ceremony was unveiled. Sure enough it was all about Mars, Panspermia, Holy Grail, messianic birth, Venus-Isis-Mary, and more. Some of the seals of the English Templars were a semi-typical Pascal lamb bearing sometimes, not the flag of St George (or the cross), but the Beauseant, the battle banner of the order. The motto accompanying the seal reads TESTIS SUM AGNI, (not Agnus as is correct), being the lamb of God. The translation of the Latin word AGNI raises several areas of contention, however a similar word AGNITIO translates to "of the nature of the mind or wisdom".

Rennes Chateau: Mary Magdalene the one Jesus loved the most

Mary Magdalene plays a major role this past week in the Easter story of Jesus's Resurrection. She is the first one that Jesus appears to after he rises from the dead. He doesn't appear to Peter, John, James his brother, or even his mother. He appears to the one who he loves the most Mary Magdalene. She followed him through his journeys and supported his cause financially. She is at the Crucifixion, Burial, and Resurrection. Pope John Paul II has called her the "Apostle to the Apostles". She is named fourteen times in the bible more than most of the apostles. Magdalene is mentioned more than Mother Mary in the bible. Jesus cured her of a serious illness and as a result saved her life. Her bravery is outstanding when compared with Saint Peter. It is Saint Augustine who said "it was the Holy Spirit who made Magdalene the Apostle of the Apostles." We are lucky to have the Gospel of Mary Magdalene which she tells the Apostles secret teachings Jesus taught her. Jesus teaches a woman and then this woman teaches his Apostles. It is another terrific part of the story. No more Magdalene carries the false label of the prostitute but not an equal to the Apostles. Many can debate if she is seated next to Jesus in Da Vinci's Last Supper. It is her actions that speak for themselves. She has earned the right to be seated with the Apostles.
At Rennes Chateau in France Mary Magdalene carries a cross and holds a urn. On the cross she bears is a five pointed star. The five pointed star is the symbol of Venus. Titian has a painting called Venus with Mirror. The two cherubs are there holding her mirror.

She will be crowned by roses which have thorns. In the mirror do we see the all seeing eye of the goddess peering back at her. The Egyptian all seeing eye of the goddess Wedjet known as green one and the Greeks called it "risen one".
Titian Pieta is his last painting. In the painting we see Mary Magdalene with two cherubs one above and the other below. A woman carrying the cross crowned with rose crown of thorns. She was a Cumaen Sibyl who predicted the coming of the savior.
It is interesting that the cherubs under Magdalene at Rennes Chateau are pointing down and one wonders if there is a crypt under the church. The cherubs are seen in many paintings dealing with the burial of Christ. Bourdon, Poussin, Titian, and others have placed the cherubs with Magdalene and the other women at Jesus grave. These women who came to Jesus's grave possibly had children. The cherubs in the paintings maybe a symbol representing the children of the Holy Family or children of Jerusalem. Luke 23:28-31 says
"Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For behold, the days are coming when they will say, 'Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never gave suck!' Then they will begin to say to the mountains, 'Fall on us'; and to the hills, 'Cover us'. For if they do this when the wood is green, what will happen when it is dry?"
It doesn't surprise me that Venus the goddess of Love whose symbol is the five pointed star would be connected to Mary Magdalene. It could be the reason for the symbol on the tree cross that she carries. Venus symbol has a cross in it for its astrological symbol. It is connected to the Ankh. The key of life to the Egyptians connected to Isis and eternal life.
Venus retrogrades every 584 days (19 months) making five retrograde points around the Sun. After eight years, Venus forms a five-pointed star in the sky. Ishtar and Astarte carry the jar of life and so Mary Magdalene carries her jar . Mark 14:3 talks about the woman with the alabaster jar. The jar the Egyptians used for the funeral rites. It seems the symbolic connections with Magdalene and Venus makes sense. She loved Jesus with such passion and he loved her by showing his resurrected self first to her. It is all about the power of love and that is what Venus and Isis is all about.
At the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris is a wooden panel which depicts the life of Christ. A panel depicts the Wedding of Cana. Three people have halos one is Jesus another is a woman who sits next to Jesus. . Is she Mother Mary or possibly Magdalene?One wonders who the fellow next to Jesus who has a halo too? Is he Jesus brother? Is he the bride's father? Is he the bride's groom? The lady next to him does not have a halo and she is darker skinned than the others. She does wear a gold crown and her hair is not covered. I'm interested to hear what other people think of this interpretation of the Wedding of Cana especially the saint next to Jesus. The French had a oral tradition which said Mary Magdalene came to France by boat with other saints. She brought with her the dark servant girl Sara the Egyptian. Napoleon made the Paris coats of arms the five pointed star and the ship who brought Isis to the city called Paris. It is interesting the similar story of Isis and Magdalene coming by boat to France. Napoleon created the Arch de Triumph as a symbol of Isis and her star Sirius. Isis was devoted and loved Osiris very much. I could see how Magdalene and the story of Isis could be similar. Si continúas observando podrás comprobar cómo Venus y la Tierra continúan trazando la figura pentagonal, aunque ya no desde el mismo punto que la anterior. De hecho, comienzan una nueva 2,33 días antes que la anterior. La actual la comenzaron el 8 de junio de 2004 y termina el 6 de junio de 2012. Esto significa que esa estrella de 5 puntas gira también alrededor del Sol hasta dar una vuelta en 1.252 años: un Ciclo mayor compuesto por 156 subciclos Pentagonales (1.252 órbitas de la Tierra y 2.035 de Venus). Así es como los planetas crean los Ciclos Cósmicos. 1.252 años son 457.457 días, que es prácticamente 676 x 676 ó 26x26x26x26 ó (13+13)x(13+13)x(13+13)x(13+13) días.
Aquí puedes verlo de otra manera comenzando desde el 8 de junio de 2004 (cuando se produjo un tránsito de Venus) hasta el 6 de junio de 2012 en que se produce otro tránsito. Puedes hacer click sobre la escena repetidamente.
Los números 5, 8 y 13 son números consecutivos de la serie Fibonacci en la que cada número dividido por su anterior tiende al valor del número Phi, el que marca la llamada "proporción divina" de ciertos elementos de la Naturaleza, por no decir muchos o todos, y entre los cuales están las propias piezas que componen el esqueleto de nuestros cuerpos: los huesos. En la vigésima división de la serie Fibonacci, entre los números 6.765 y 4.181, se obtiene un valor de phi afinado hasta el sexto decimal: 1'6180339. También se puede ver que los números de la serie Fibonacci 6.765 y 4.181 como días terrestres convertidos a Tzolkins son 26 y 16 Tzolkin, y mientras el año de la Tierra (365 días) es 1,62 veces más largo que el de Venus (225 días), siendo 1,62 el redondeo de 1,618 que es el valor de Phi, en el ciclo sinódico Venus da 2'6 órbitas y la Tierra da 1'6 (fracciones de 26 y 16). Y por fin, reproduciendo los tres números de la serie Fibonacci 5, 8 y 13 en el ciclo pentagonal resulta que 5 es el número de encuentros entre La Tierra y Venus durante 8 órbitas de la Tierra y 13 de Venus.
Viendo desde el planeta Tierra, desde el meridiano del mediodía, sin que gire el planeta (pero sí trasladándose) y acelerando mucho el movimiento de los astros hasta que en 20 segundos transcurrieran 8 años, podríamos ver a Venus realizar 5 movimientos retrógrados cada 8 años, 2 en forma de lazo, 1 en zig zag (cruzando la eclíptica) y otros 2 de nuevo en forma de lazo (casi simétricos a los dos primeros). Los trazos en forma de lazo los realiza por encima o debajo de la eclíptica según ande circulando por el nodo superior o inferior de su órbita (inclinada respecto a la de la Tierra). Empleando una expresión metafórica, son las Curvas de Venus.
También podemos verlas como las letras gráficas del lenguaje venusiano. Tales trazos derivan gradualmente en el cielo terrestre cada 8 años en sentido contrario al del Sol ante el fondo fijo de las estrellas y las constelaciones, de modo que desde hace unos 100 años, el movimiento en zig zag de Venus ha venido ocurriendo sobre la constelación de Orión.
El 13 es número basico en el Ciclo Pentagonal, pues es el número de órbitas de Venus, de modo que en 13 Ciclos Pentagonales Venus da 169 órbitas (13x13). Este ciclo de 13 ciclos Pentagonales es 37.960 días durante los que Venus realiza 65 ciclos sinódicos (o alineamientos con la Tierra) y en los que también intervienen 146 ciclos del Tzolkin 146 e incluso 104 del Haab (103,96 años de 365,2422 años). Vemos que el el 65 y el 104 son múltiplos del 13.

A su vez este ciclo de 37.960 días ó 13 Ciclos Pentagonales es una unidad de otros ciclos mayores.
La órbita del planeta Venus es más pequeña que la de la Tierra y por eso está dentro de la órbita de la Tierra. Las Pléyades están muy afuera y muy lejos del sistema solar, y desde la perspectiva de la Tierra permanecen fijas en el firmamento aun durante miles de años. Pero podemos imaginar a la Tierra dando vueltas al Sol mientras la mantenemos unida a las Pléyades con una línea imaginaria, a modo de aguja de la que sólo es móvil el extremo en el que está el planeta Tierra (trasladándose). Y en la órbita de la Tierra hay un punto en el que esa línea Tierra/Pléyades es tangente a la órbita de Venus y, cada cierto tiempo (de miles de años), el planeta Tierra y el planeta Venus coinciden en esos puntos de sus órbitas. Desde fuera de la Tierra veríamos a la Tierra, Venus y las Pléyades formando una línea tangente a la órbita de Venus, tal como se ve en la imagen.
Al final del Gran Ciclo Maya (finales del 6º milenio hebreo -año hebreo 5774- y comienzo del 3er milenio cristiano -año cristiano 2012) esta coincidencia ocurre el día gregoriano 3 de abril del año cristiano 2012.
Ahora mismo (y en cualquier momento) el planeta Venus está en un punto del cielo (espacial) y de su órbita en el que estuvo hace 8 años terrestres (8 órbitas de la Tierra), pues a cada 365 días (año terrestre) lógicamente Venus no está en el mismo punto de su órbita, pero sí cada 8 años terrestres, aunque ligeramente más adelante que 8 años antes. Es el Ciclo Octogonal de Venus. Eso significa que desde la Tierra, en los últimos 112 años cada 8 años (14 ciclos octogonales), habríamos visto a Venus en las proximidades de las Pléyades, acercándose a la vez que "aminorando", y el 3 de abril de 2012 termina de "frenar" y a partir de entonces da un cambio de dirección y empieza a alejarse en dirección contraria, tal que así:
Esta es una descripción de la apariencia que percibimos desde la Tierra, un punto de vista desde el que tenemos una visión subjetiva que nos lleva a juzgar la realidad como "azarosa, desordenada y caprichosa", pero si vemos esa misma realidad desde fuera de la Tierra comprendemos que es una dinámica ordenada, lógica y previsible. La última vez que desde la Tierra se vio a Venus ante las Pléyades en un inicio/fin de ciclo octogonal fue en el año 84, de modo que hasta el 2012 han transcurrido 1928 años, que son 241 ciclos octogonales de Venus.
Aquí podemos ver desde la perspectiva de la Tierra el movimiento de Venus durante esos 241 ciclos octogonales desde el año 84 al 2012 y a Venus en determinados puntos identificables con ciertos años de la historia humana, años cuya cifra es un múltiplo de 8 (cada 8 años). El ciclo comenzó con Venus en las Pléyades y termina con el regreso de Venus a las Pléyades, como un boomerang cósmico.
La imagen muestra la mitad de la franja de la AstroPista tal como la vemos desde la Nave Tierra. La "Mediana" es la línea azul que viene a ser el plano de la órbita de la Tierra (o la eclíptica), y en el centro el Sol. Vemos la trayectoria completa de Venus durante esos 1.928 años, y a Venus en algunos puntos significativos en los que estaba cada ' x ' años en periodos múltiplos de 8 años. Los 1928 años es el periodo que forma este Ciclo (de 241 subciclos octogonales) al que podemos denominar como se nos ocurra, a ser posible de la forma más corta y descriptiva. Termina y se reinicia el 3 de abril de 2012.
En esta página veremos paso a paso el Ciclo para comprenderlo tanto desde la Tierra como desde fuera del propio sistema Sol/Venus/Tierra. Podemos verlo a la vez desde ambos puntos de vista subjetivo y objetivo. Lo interesante es observarlo primero desde la Tierra, lo cual nos da la visión subjetiva y "desvirtuada", y a partir de ella reconstruir la dinámica real y su orden. Es un buen ejercicio para desengancharnos de nuestro ego subjetivo y cobrar conciencia espacial mientras conocemos el entorno espacial en el que se desplaza la Nave Tierra así como la dinámica de la Tierra y de Venus en relación con el Sol y las Pléyades e incluso con acontecimientos históricos, para leer la historia observando a la vez los astros, en este caso Venus, el Sol y las Pléyades.
El comienzo del ciclo fue la vez anterior en que Venus estaba en esa línea Tierra/Pléyades tangente a la órbita de Venus y desde tierra se le veía a la altura de las Pléyades. Entonces, en la mente de la humanidad romanizada corría el año 837 de Roma (año 84 d.C., es decir, año 84 desde el momento establecido como inicio de la era cristiana). En ese año el Imperio romano alcanzó su máxima extensión (2 años antes de una visita del cometa Halley). Después, en el año 188 cruzó el meridiano del Sol, por encima. Así lo habríamos visto desde la Tierra:
36 ciclos octogonales después, en el año 476, el planeta Venus llegó a la eclíptica (la Mediana de la AstroPista) coincidiendo con la caída del Imperio de Roma, a cuyo ideal de amor divino los romanos llamaban "Venus". En esos momentos, el planeta Venus "se hundía", como en un ocaso, en el "horizonte" (eclíptica de la Tierra) mientras Roma Occidental caía, acontecimiento que es considerado por los historiadores modernos como el final de la brillante Edad Antigua, final marcado por sucesos previos como un devastador terremoto en Creta que afectó a la ciudad que por entonces era el centro del saber, Alejandría, en el año 365, el expolio de la Biblioteca de Alejandría en 391 o la muerte de Hipatia en el 416. Y 60 años después, la caída del Imperio romano de Occidente, y a partir de entonces el "no-nacimiento" (ab-orto) de una humanidad cultivada y una vuelta de la humanidad europea a la ignorancia (involución) durante 10 siglos (1 milenio) que duraría la llamada "Edad Media" (hasta 1492). Es decir que el año 476 viene a marcar el inicio de la Edad Media.
Durante esos 49 ciclos octogonales de Venus (392 años desde el 84 al 476), viendo desde la Tierra el planeta Venus aparecía situado por encima de la Mediana hasta alcanzarla en 476. Esto significa que cada 8 años Venus estaba situado en el nodo superior de su órbita hasta que alcanzó uno de los dos puntos en los que su órbita inclinada intersecta con el plano de la órbita de la Tierra. Esto lo vemos claro si nos despegamos de la superficie del planeta y volamos a un punto del espacio.
Durante los siguientes 92 ciclos octogonales (736 años, 736 órbitas de la Tierra y 1.196 de Venus) el planeta Venus aparecía en el nodo inferior de su órbita. Desde Tierra lo hubiéramos visto cada 8 años por debajo de la Mediana, hasta que en el año 1.212 vuelve a alcanzar el meridiano del Sol (como en el año 188), aunque esta vez ya pasando por debajo. En 1.212 se producía el inicio del declive del dominio musulmán en la Península Ibérica.
En el Espacio lo veríamos así:
Durante los siguientes 35 ciclos octogonales (cada 8 años durante 280 años ó 280 órbitas de la Tierra y 386 de Venus) hasta el año 1.492, el planeta Venus alcanzaría el otro punto en el que su órbita intersecta con el plano de la órbita de la Tierra. Viendo desde la Tierra, habríamos visto a Venus de nuevo en la Mediana de la AstroPista.
Este momento cósmico coincide con que en la historia humana, Roma (ya como Iglesia -de Roma-, no como Imperio) llega a tierras mayas, el 15 de octubre de 1492. Vemos una relación entre la posición de Venus en los dos puntos de la Mediana con la Edad Media de la Historia humana: el inicio de la Edad Media (476) y final de la Edad Media (1492) e inicio del Renacimiento europeo (aunque para la cultura maya significa el inicio de una era de 5 siglos de tinieblas) con la "salida" de Venus por el "horizonte" de la eclíptica o Mediana.
Es decir que entre los dos cruces de Venus por la Mediana van 1000 años ó 1 milenio (1000 órbitas de la Tierra) que es lo que duró la Edad Media mientras cada 8 años (ciclo octogonal) Venus aparecía en el nodo inferior de su órbita, de modo que durante esos 1000 años, Venus realizó 125 ciclos octogonales.
65 ciclos octogonales después (520 órbitas de la Tierra ó 520 años), en el año cristiano 2012, Venus alcanza de nuevo el punto de su órbita al que es tangente la línea Tierra/Pléyades (o, visto desde la Tierra, aparece en el meridiano de las Pléyades) donde había estado 1928 años antes, en el año 84. Esta firma de Venus en las Pléyades el 3 de abril ocurre prácticamente 9 meses antes del final y reinicio del Gran Ciclo Maya el 21 de diciembre.

Observando desde la Tierra durante los últimos 100 años en los que Venus aparece en la tangente Tierra/Pléyades cada 8 años, esta "dinámica octogonal" da lugar a una "película" de la que resulta esta curva de Venus en las Pléyades que el 3 de abril 2012 llega al punto más extremo después del cual cambia de dirección:
Como vemos, lo que percibimos desde la Tierra y aparenta no tener mucho sentido o ser caótico, se basa en un orden y tiene su lógica cuando lo percibimos desde un punto de vista exterior a alguno de los puntos (como la Tierra) que intervienen en la "película" que estamos observando. Además, en este ciclo Venus viene a servirnos como una especie de guía o puntero de acontecimientos fundamentales de la historia de la humanidad, como la Edad Media que duró 1 milenio, o el medio milenio (500 años) que transcurrió hasta 1992.
Entre 1.492 y 1.992 hay 500 años, un ciclo considerado "de tinieblas" por los maya a raíz de la llegada del poder católico y militar español, aunque para la cultura europea supuso el inicio de la época llamada "el Renacimiento" cultural. En 1992, España celebró el 5º centenario del "descubrimiento de" (o de la llegada a) América, y el B.I.E. (organismo oficial organizador de grandes exposiciones) asignó a Sevilla la celebración de la "exposición universal" (Expo'92) que concluyó el 14 de octubre, misma fecha de la llegada de la Iglesia de Roma a América, 500 años antes y también fecha anterior a la instauración del calendario gregoriano y del inicio del tiempo gregoriano, un 15 de octubre de 1582). Eso ocurrió en el año 1992 en la historia iberolatinoamericana de la humanidad en la Tierra mientras la Tierra se alineó con Urano, y Urano con Neptuno. Era la 3ª alineación de Urano y Neptuno desde 1478 (14 años antes de 1492).

Y entre el año 1.992 y el 2.012 hay 20 años, un ciclo Katun, último del último ciclo Baktun (13º) del último ciclo de Cuenta larga (5º) que finalizan el 21 de diciembre. En total, desde que Venus (en 1492) cruzara la Mediana de la Astropista (viendo desde la Tierra) hasta alcanzar las Pléyades (en 2.012) van 520 años, que son 2 ciclos de 260 años (2 x 365 Tzolkin). 520 años son 10 x 52 años, y cada 52 años (1 siglo azteca) sincronizan el Tzolkin (260 días) y el Haab (365 días, año civil) como 52 años :: 73 Tzolkin. Y con el ciclo sinódico de Venus (de 584 dás) sincronizan como 65 ciclos sinódicos :: 104 años :: 146 Tzolkines, es decir, 5 en 520 años.
En el capítulo 5 del libro "2012: La Profecía Maya" (Ed. Edaf) del autor brasileño Alberto Beuttenmüller, se lee: "Ésta es la revelación que estuvo velada a los humanos desde 1475. Antes de la llegada de los españoles a América, el Consejo Supremo Maya reveló que tenía que desarrollarse un ciclo de calendario correspondiente a dos veces el ciclo de 260 años para que la cultura maya floreciese, una vez más, en beneficio de la humanidad. En la primavera de 1995, en el hemisferio norte, y otoño en el hemisferio sur, se cumplió este periodo de 520 años, terminando con ello el ciclo de sombras que habían traído los españoles a la Tierra del Sol".
DESPUÉS DEL CIERRE DEL CICLO EL 3 DE ABRIL
En los siguientes 64 días desde el 3 de abril se producen dos tránsitos ante el Sol con las Pléyades y Venus como protagonistas. El primero es el tránsito de la Luna (el 21 de mayo) ante el Sol y cerca de las Pléyades produciéndose el eclipse de Sol ante las Pléyades.
Y 16 días después es Venus el que transita ante el Sol dando lugar al tránsito de Venus que es la pareja del de hace 8 años (un octenio), el 8 de junio de 2004. En aquella ocasión la trayectoria de Venus en el cielo "terrestre" desde las Pléyades (el 3 de abril) hasta alcanzar el Sol (el 8 de junio) fue esta:

The Venus Transit
Second to the Sun and the Moon, Venus is the brightest object in the sky. Because of some similar physical aspects, Venus is considered Earth's sister and she is often called the planet of fortune, as she comes bearing gifts. On June 8 of 2004, we will witness a once in a lifetime astronomical event called a Venus transit, in which Venus will pass directly in front of the sun. It is very rare for Venus to pass directly across the face of the sun, as it usually passes either above or below it from our line of sight. This is because Venus' orbit is on a slight angle, as compared with the orbit of the Earth around the Sun.
This eclipse' will last 6-7 hours and will be visible as a dark spot on the sun in Asia, Africa (except the western portion), all of Europe (except the tip of the Iberian Peninsula), and Greenland. The very end of the eclipse will be visible as the sun rises in some locations in Africa and northeastern North America. Even though it won't be visible to most of us living in the Americas, this transit will be impacting the entire globe by initiating an important new cycle.
This turning point is being termed variously, the Exaltation of the Goddess, the beginning of the Golden Age and Gaia Harmonica. This illuminating of Venus by the Sun can be interpreted as the return of the principles of beauty, love and the sacred feminine. According to Carl-John Calleman Ph.D, the extraordinary global gatherings during the 1987 Harmonic Convergence and the 2003 Harmonic Concordance were just preparing for this time of the Venus transit!
Basically, a Venus transit happens approximately every 125 years, occurring in pairs, separated by 8 years. The last transit was in 1874/1882, and the previous transit pairs occurred in 1761/1769, 1631/1639 and 1518/1526. The partner to our current transit will occur on June 6, 2012, the same year which marks the ending of a 26,000 year cycle and the beginning of a new great time cycle, according to the Mayan calendar system. And in certain eastern Vedic calendar traditions, this Venus transit signals the actual beginning of a Golden Age, with the second Venus transit in 2012 completing the transition into this wondrous age of enlightenment.
The Venus Transit of June 8, 2004 is clearly the astronomical event of the year. But it may be much, much more than that. The Venus Transit has always preceded great breakthroughs in human consciousness and played a very significant role in the Mayan Calendar.

There are many levels that can be examined in this Venus transit. Venus has long been associated as the circular, rounded female symbol, with Mars as the testosterone directed male archetype. While this is an oversimplified view of male-female dynamics, nevertheless, these two planets have symbolized the yin-yang duality within humans for eons.
As Venus passes directly in front of the Sun June 8, his solar radiance illuminates and exalts her, prompting the return of beauty, love, and the revival of the sacred feminine. Venus is our harbinger of a more harmonious Earth, 'Harmonica Gaia', and brings the possibility of healing our relationships on every level, to change our world.
With the current sexual abuse scandals in Iraq as well as within the Catholic Church an overall pattern can be seen regarding this astronomical event. With Venus' association with Aphrodite, goddess of love and sexuality, she is definitely revealing the great misuse and abuse of sexual energy. She is illuminating and making very distinct all that obscures the true beauty of our world.

Mary Magdalene and the Pentagram of Venus
Mary Magdalene is perhaps our most prominent representative of maligned sexuality. For nearly two millennia she was considered a forever penitent, reformed prostitute. It was only in 1969 that the Catholic Church reversed their position and announced that Magdalene was in fact not a prostitute, but the one who witnessed and proclaimed Jesus' Resurrection. Because of her presence at both the Crucifixion and Resurrection, Magdalene was seen by the Gnostics and mystics of the Middle-Ages to be The Medium of Secret Revelation.' These same Gnostics also associated her with the planet Venus, a shining symbol of the sacredness sexuality and love.
Planetary archetypes and observation of significant celestial events are guiding symbols, way-showers to help us understand the complexities of the universe and human existence. In Egypt, China, Babylon, and Druid, Mayan and most native traditions, the world-view included the mirroring of celestial patterns upon the earth in temple and ceremonial site design, as a way of insuring a continuing harmonious relationship between earth and sky.
We can find many examples of this in the building of earthly temples to reflect celestial patterns. One of these is found in the location of Magdalene sites and Knights Templar castles in Southern France. As the planet Venus moves through the heavens, the pentagram is formed by the pattern of her orbit. At Rennes le Chateau, a place steeped in Templar Grail mystery and dedicated to Mary Magdalene, a five-pointed star is formed by the prominent mountain peaks and Magdalene shrines. The pentagram's image is also seen as a secret code revealing Magdalene and Holy Grail mysteries within the art of Leonardo Da Vinci and Poussin, as well as the old parchments of the Priory of Sion found at Rennes.

As they turn, the planets are showing us the mysterious workings of God's hand, expressed in the harmonious movements of the spheres. Each planet, as it revolves in its orbit, reaches positions where Earth, Sun and Planet form distinct alignment patterns. Only one planet shows us a perfect geometrical form. This form is pentagonal and the planet is Venus. In late October of 2003, I was in Britain to film a documentary focusing on sites related to Mary Magdalene and the Holy Grail. While filming in Glastonbury (site of the ancient Isle of Avalon), I joined sound healer Tom Kenyon and his partner Judi Sion to present a sound healing event, Magdalene in Avalon'. Tom and Judi co-authored The Magdalen Manuscript, a Magdalene-channeled treatise on the true nature of sacred relationship and the use of sexual high alchemy for transformation. The focus of this Magdalene event was to disseminate the divine feminine healing energies through Tom's extraordinary voice, using the magnified power of the Glastonbury Tor. (The Glastonbury Tor is the ancient labyrinth hill at the center of Avalon, where the healing waters of the red and white springs emerge, and adjacent to the famous Chalice Well Gardens. Coincidentally, many friends in Arizona reported that at the exact hour of the Glastonbury Magdalene event, an eerie solar phenomena occurred. The solar flares, which were unusually strong and active at that time, created violet colored sun spots over a deep orange mid-afternoon sun ...a mysterious sign of the power of focused intention and the return of the Goddess?
Another interesting synchronicity with the Magdalene and the Tor arrived in a recent email from Glastonbury England from Sig Lonegren, author and internationally renowned dowser. Having been a fan of Mary Magdalene for many years, he took a walk one day on the road that goes around the Tor to see if he could discover any new clues as to the nature of the Earth Energies there. His eye was drawn to a plant with heart-shaped leaves, which grows prolifically all around the Tor and within the nearby Chalice Well Gardens. The common name of the plant is Lords and Ladies and the botanical name is arum (meaning lily) maculatum (spotted or besmirched'). (Sun spots are also called macula!) As Sig pondered the symbolic nature of the plant, he mused that the immaculate lily would obviously be the Blessed Virgin Mary, but the maculate, tainted, besmirched one had to be Magdalene. The Tor is surrounded by her energy!
Venus in Sedona's Landscape Temple
In Nicholas Mann's book Sedona Sacred Earth, he presents his discovery of a natural five-pointed star pattern in the red rocks, with the dominant high points and vortex's of the landscape falling at each point, amazingly similar to the Rennes-le-Chateau Magdalene pentagram.
According to Mann, a perfect pentagram is formed by five prominent formations, including Courthouse Rock, Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa Vortex, a butte behind Camel Head Rock, and Lee Mountain. The striking aspect of this naturally occurring five-pointed star pattern, is that Madonna Rock which is adjacent to the Chapel of the Holy Cross, is at the exact center of the pentagram. In esoteric mystery schools, the pentagram represents the realized human, and the ideal human proportions are seen by overlaying the human form upon it, with the reproductive organs at the center. The five-pointed stars appear repeatedly on the Egyptian temple ceilings, symbolizing eternal perfection, and in another Egyptian reference, when one both perceives and expresses beauty through all five senses, the possible star' or realized human is born.

Venus, pentagrams, Madonnas and the return of beauty is this all be hinting at a divinely ordered blueprint for a potential Golden Age on Earth?
Magdalene Meets the Pentagon
During Easter weekend of this year, three hundred people met within a mile of the Pentagon in Arlington Virginia, to celebrate the return of the sacred feminine at an event called The Magdalen Conclave. Hosted by Tom Kenyon and Judi Sion, this sound healing event was powerful and deeply transformative. Magdalene's message brought through Tom and Judi proclaimed this as the time of the return of the Goddess, and a balancing of male-female energies on earth, a time when women will be speaking out to assist in the healing of our planet. During the final ceremonial meditation of the gathering, I had a very distinct vision of great red dragons rising up from deep within the earth in the Washington, DC area, and that these large dragons that had long been sleeping are now awakening.

Planetary alignments and the Venus Transit
The exact moment of the Venus-Solar conjunction is at 1:42 am Mountain Standard Time on June 8. There are several potent planetary alignments at that time, which can be described in simple terms. Jupiter is in opposition to Uranus indicating increased momentum for change, higher vision, and expansion. Venus is in opposition to Pluto signifying a powerful, deep transformation of Venus related issues, i.e., our attitudes regarding love, sexuality, beauty, and the feminine. The Sun conjunct Venus, as already mentioned, signals an illumination and exaltation of Venus, as well as a celestial marriage of the feminine Venus and masculine Sun. With the Sun and Venus are both in opposition to Pluto, there is a transmuting of old male-female belief systems, birthing a new potential for co-creation.
