It should be made plain to employees that social media is not a part of their job responsibilities and that they should refrain from accessing any social media websites from their work computers. Cyberbullying is becoming an increasingly prevalent concern. Bullying coworkers is a simple task for employees who have access to your company's computers. Furthermore, a manager who threatens an employee with disciplinary action, uses derogatory language, publishes harmful statements, or engages in intimidation through the use of office email is not acting correctly in the workplace play tic tac toe and may expose the company to legal liability. Your company's zero-tolerance policy on cyberbullying should be explicitly stated in your employee manual. However, it occurs at work, despite the fact that it should not.
