I recently used Jing, a free video capture online program to take simple videos in order to upload them to YouTube and other similar programs. Jing works great and will upload your videos to a server called ScreenCast. There you can upload your videos to various websites using an embed link or their URL where your video is already located online. It will also give you the option to save your video to your harddrive as a SWF file and then you can use it as you see fit.

Unfortunately, SWF file did not fit my purpose and I needed this video to be a mpeg4 file. I spent a long time searching online for free converters. I either found Convierte videos de YouTube converters that would convert every file but sfw, or you needed to pay more than 50$ to purchase it. This was a very frustrating process. When I downloaded numerous free trials and converted my video, it left a big ugly watermark, so that it couldn't be viewed by others.

Through all my searching and reading various blogs that dealt with this subject, I didn't come up with a free converter that did not leave a watermark. However, I did find a converter made by Aunsoft that is easy to use and with their free trial leaves a very faint watermark that does not interrupt the message of the video.
