EL MESÍAS PONDRÁ SUS PIES SOBRE
EL MONTE DE LOS OLIVOS
 En el Judaísmo tradicional y en la literatura Rabínica, el monte de los Olivos es llamado la montaña del Mesías (Mashíaj). Después de que el Mesías (Mashíaj) judío Yeshúa/Jesús resucitara, Él dejó la tierra desde el Monte de los Olivos, para volver otra vez al Cielo (Olam Habá) para sentarse a la diestra del Padre. En Hechos 1:9-12 está escrito:

"Y habiendo dicho estas cosas, viéndolo ellos, [Jesús> fue alzado, y le recibió una nube que le ocultó de sus ojos. Y estando ellos con los ojos puestos en el cielo, entre tanto que él se iba, he aquí se pusieron junto a ellos dos varones con vestiduras blancas, los cuales también les dijeron: Varones galileos, ¿por qué estáis mirando al cielo? Este mismo Jesús, que ha sido tomado de vosotros al cielo, así vendrá como le habéis visto ir al cielo. Entonces volvieron a Jerusalén desde el monte que se llama del Olivar [Olivos>, el cual está cerca de Jerusalén, camino de un día de reposo."
Cuando el Mesías (Mashíaj) judío Yeshúa/Jesús vuelva en Su segunda venida como el Mesías Rey (Mashíaj ben David), Él pondrá Sus pies sobre el monte de los Olivos. En Zacarías 14:3-4, 9 está escrito:

"Después saldrá el Señor…y se afirmarán sus pies en aquel día sobre el monte de los Olivos… y el Señor será rey sobre toda la tierra. En aquel día será uno, y uno será su nombre."
Los pies de la persona que se ponen sobre el monte de los Olivos en Zacarías 14:4, es el Señor en Zacarías 14:3. La palabra traducida como SEÑOR en Zacarías 14:3 es la palabra hebrea YHWH. Los pies de YHWH se pondrán sobre el monte de los Olivos. Esto es los pies del Mesías (Mashíaj) judío Yeshúa/Jesús (Hechos 1:9-12).

TRACING THE SUN THROUGH THE ZODIAC & VIRGO...COULD THIS BE THE ORIGIN FOR THE "JESUS STORY" #10
VIRGO AND JESUS: AUGUST 22 - SEPTEMBER 21
We have been following the path of the Sun through the Constellations and we left off in the previous article with the passage of the Sun through the constellation Leo. We saw that this was the time of the Sun's greatest strength when the Sun goes to the end of the growing season to the time of the harvest. We noticed as the  texts of the New Testament progressed revealing the life of "Jesus Christ" that there were abundant teachings concerning this "harvest" and much "harvest terminology" was evident at this stage of the life of Jesus in the "Jesus Story". Notice with me if you will that since the Sun passed through Cancer the Sun has crossed a major divide and darkness is beginning to increase and light is beginning to diminish ever so slowly. But be not mistaken the Ancients noticed this being expert Astronomers. We have seen the Sun "stand still" for 3 days at the Winter solstice as well as 3 days at the Summer solstice and now the Sun is moving to its soon coming death once again on the wheel of the Zodiac as it passes through all 12 houses. But before we get to this part of the solar year and the corresponding part in the "Jesus Story" we saw the Sun in all its glory typified by the "transfiguration" of Jesus as the "personified Sun" on the top of the mountain (meaning the top of the sky at the Summer solstice).
Summer is passing as we watch the Sun recede slowly in its path across the sky as it passes its zenith and as the days get shorter once again. We eventually come to the end of Summer, the month of August, and it's harvest time! We must understand that harvest time is the best time of the year not only for the farmer but for everyone. Harvest time is the time that everyone has been anxiously waiting for. In August the Sun has moved out of Leo, the strong lion of summer, and into a new constellation that represents the harvest since that food which grows out of the virgin soil of the earth. Hence the constellation for harvest time is a female virgin holding a sheath of wheat. The constellation the Sun enters in August is Virgo, the eternal celestial virgin, holding a sheath of wheat representing harvest time. Farmers who till the fields are said to be wedded to this celestial virgin for which they wait for each year. Thus they are known as "husbandmen," and their tools such as hoes and tractors are known as implements of husbandry. Harvest time comes about three quarters of the way through the year, and it is the happiest time of the year. And about three quarters of the way through the Jesus story is his triumphant entry into Jerusalem, which is the happiest part of the story (Mark 11:1-11; Matthew 21:1-11; Luke 19:28-44; John 12:12-16). Everyone knows him and is happy to see him. Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem is an allegory for the Sun’s triumphant entry into the constellation of Virgo, because that means it’s harvest time, the best time of year. Harvest time is "The Kingdom of Heaven" time which Jesus refers to in earnest as coming soon throughout the story up to here.
Virgo is the only female among the zodiacal constellations, and other than the twins, Castor and Pollux (Gemini), she is the only human figure. Virgo is depicted as a maiden, holding a palm branch or grain stalks in her right and a single ear of wheat in her left. The alpha star is named Spica, “ear of wheat” which is also known as the "star that comes out of Jacob".Virgo is one of the oldest constellations and over time has been equated with every important feminine deity, including Ishtar, Isis, Demeter, Persephone, Medusa, Artemis, and Urania. Allen says, “Those who claim very high antiquity for the zodiacal signs (15,000 years ago), assert that the idea of these titles originated when the Sun was in Virgo at the spring equinox, the time of the Egyptian harvest. Virgo is also the Greek Sophia, goddess of wisdom, and in the Gnostic tradition, she is the Black Madonna, mysterious guardian of feminine wisdom.
This is the time of the year when the harvest is turned into food. As the Sun descends below its peak at its zenith, this is also a time when troubles start to emerge for the "personified Sun" in the form of Jesus in the "Jesus Story". Let us not forget that the Sun is on the move; constantly moving as we find Jesus depicted as a peripatetic Rabbi. As the "darkness" begins to threaten the Sun likewise here we find that the very same adversity manifested by the people who welcomed Jesus in his home town of Nazareth who were suspicious of his wisdom and power.

The whole configuration of the light particle and the geometric way its constructed, lends itself to the formulation of a thing called hours. However, this isn’t a very potent subliminal in itself, so let’s now attach a religious thought to the whole thing and called it Horus the sun god, or son of god. Distinct from the Jewish view, Christians believe the "anointed" one referred to in various biblical verses such as Psalm 2:2 and Daniel 9:25-26 is the promised Messiah. The Gospels also state that he was physically "anointed" by an anonymous woman who is interpreted by some as Mary Magdalene; however, this anointing was not in the fashion described in Exodus,[citation needed] but rather an anointing done out of affection, which Jesus stated was to prepare him for his burial. The word Christ which is now used as though it were a surname is actually a title derived from the Greek Christos roughly meaning 'anointed' (creamy or greased would be more cognate as translations).
The Egyptian word for crocodile fat was Messeh from which the term Messiah is derivedThis ceremony was performed inside the Kings Chamber in the Great Pyramid. Most of the early church 'Fathers' seem to be unaware of the issue of the identity postion. ie that of MM being Mary of Bethany being Lukes sinner.
Most of these arguments from the church fathers regarding MM being NOT the same as Lukes sinner, or the anointing woman at Bethany are from arguments of silence. I can list them all if you want me to. Arguments from silence are always very weak arguments.
Several church fathers such as Origen do parallel and identify the anointing at Bethany in Mt. 16:6-13 and Mk. 14;3-9 (woman not named) with John.12 1-8 (specifically named as Mary).
We therefore have to decide how many anointings took place. Is there one, two or even three anointings? Some scholars have even discerned FOUR anointings!
As an example of the confusion Turtullian was evidently convinced there was only one anointing. He tends to 'allegorise' - that is, he kind of 'blends' several elements of various anointings together giving an impression that there was only ONE anointing and thus only one woman.
Be that as it may, the possibility of one woman and two anointings does exist with Origen.
Another argument for more than one anointing is suggested because in one account the head is anointed, in another the feet. Which was the most important?
If we remember Jesus was Jewish, the symbolism of the anointings can be interpreted as follows: that the anointings were rituals of sacrifice, especially when using semeia ('Semeia' (singular 'semeion'), which is Greek for 'signs', the word used to describe Jesus' miracles in the Gospel of John, ie the author of John wants you to see the story he/she is telling in relation to the covenant established with Yahweh and the people of Israel) and that four different parts of the body are used: head, body, hand and feet.
The significance can be said to be as follows:
The head: this equals the consecrated head of the priest, the sacrificial animal or the horns of the altar that represents holiness.
The body: the washed body of the sacrificial animal correlates with the bathed and vested body of the priest, the washed hands and feet of the priest, and the anointed sides of the altar. It is the medium through which God and humanity become possible.
The Hand: this is the semeion for the priestly function, literally the right hand of God.
The Feet: the feet of the sacrificial animal correlate with the base of the altar and the feet of the priest, and represent the profane, that which must be cleansed beofre contact with God may be made. The feet of the sacrificial animal were separated from the body and offered as a 'separate' part of the sacrifice.
In John then, Jesus is replacing the Temple sacrifices. Using these 'signs' one can see a whole different story in John. : ) Especially in relation to his death and burial and what Jesus himself has said he has come 'to do'.
Whether all these anointings in the Gospels are just garbled wrtitngs of the oral accounts, i doubt we will ever know.
This 'identity question' (eg those of Faillon and Corluy) say that according to patristic infomation, the sister of Lazarus is to be found among the women named in the context of the passion accounts, for all women mentioned here in the Gospels with the name Mary are mentioned. From this they deduce that the Mary of the anointings is Mary Magdalene because only she is named in the passion accounts!!!
IMHO, the author of the Gospel of John allows an identification of Mary of Bethany with the anointing woman. Even though there may be several anointings, i believe (at this current time) that there is only one anointing, and the biblical writers are talking about the same event. And in the context of the anointing, how about one anointing where the head and feet are done, but the oral traditions have been remembered differently by different groups? In other words, using semeia, Jesus whole body was being anointed for burial???
The details of the anointings are:
'....it happened in Bethany, at the table of Simon the leper (Mark 14:3-9; Matt. 26: 7-13). Simon the Leper lived in this house with Mary of Bethany and Martha, and presumably Lazarus. Some of those present at the anointing criticized her for the waste, but Jesus praised the act, and it was then that Judas decided to betray him.
Luke, placing the story in an earlier context, says that this “bad woman” washed Jesus’ feet with her tears, dried them with her hair, kissed them and anointed them with perfume; but it is probably the same story, for though it is said to have happened long before Judas’ betrayal and in a slightly different manner, it did happen in the home of a publican named Simon.
How did this event get to be associated with Magdalene? John may provide the answer. He says twice that Mary the sister of Martha and Lazarus of Bethany poured perfume on Jesus’ feet and wiped them with her hair. This happened in her own home, not in the house of a man named Simon, but it was in Bethany, it was during a meal, and Judas did complain about the waste of perfume that could have been sold and the money given to the poor'.
The Gospel of John says:
John 11: 11 Now a certain man was ill, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha. 2 It was Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was ill. 3 So the sisters sent to him, saying, “Lord, he whom you love is ill.” 4 But when Jesus heard it he said, “This illness does not lead to death. It is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”
John 12: Mary Anoints Jesus at Bethany
12 Six days before ithe Passover, Jesus therefore came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had raised from the dead. 2 So they gave a dinner for him there. Martha served, and Lazarus was one of those reclining with him at table. 3 Mary therefore took a pound of expensive ointment made from pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. 4 But Judas Iscariot, one of his disciples (he who was about to betray him), said, 5 “Why was this ointment not sold for three hundred denarii and not given to the poor?” 6 He said this, not because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief, and having charge of the moneybag he used to help himself to what was put into it. 7 Jesus said, “Leave her alone, so that she may keep it for the day of my burial. 8 For the poor you always have with you, but you do not always have me.”
From the Gospel of John one can see that Mary of Bethany, whom Jesus loved, is the same who anointed Jesus six days before passover with an expensive ointment, and that it seems to be in relation to the raising of Lazarus.
Is Mary of Bethany the same as Mary Magdalene? If one is honest, there is no *direct* evidence that this is so.
Overview:
"How many times was Jesus anointed by a woman?
There are four reports of Jesus being anointed by a woman while he was alive on earth. These appear to describe possibly three separate cases, or perhaps different reports of the same event:
In Luke 7:36-38 and 44-50, a woman wet Jesus’ feet with her tears, wiped them with her hair and anointed them with ointment from an alabaster flask. She is described as a “woman of the city who was a sinner”. The city is not named, but was probably in Galilee as the events surrounding this passage took place in Galilee. This probably took place shortly after Jesus chose his 12 disciples.
In John 12:1-11, Mary of Bethany, the sister of Martha and Lazarus, anointed Jesus’ feet with ointment of pure nard . Judas Iscariot complained about the waste. This anointing took place six days (John 12:1) before the Passover at which Jesus was crucified.
In Matthew 26:6-13 and Mark 14:3-9, an unnamed woman anointed Jesus in the house of Simon the leper in the town of Bethany. She anointed Jesus’ head with very expensive ointment of pure nard from an alabaster flask. In this case it seems that all of Jesus’ disciples complained about the waste, prompting Jesus to defend her action, describing it as a beautiful thing done to anoint him for burial. This anointing took place 2 days (Matthew 26:2 and Mark 14:1) before the Passover at which Jesus was crucified.
There is one more attempted anointing. On the Sunday after Jesus had been crucified, various women came to anoint his dead body with spices and ointments (Matthew 28:1-6, Mark 16:1-6 and Luke 23:55-24:7)"
Thinking about it, especially in the context of the earlier discussion/arguments we had regarding the possible importance of Mary Magdalene in the Gnostic tradition, i wonder now why those accounts do not reflect this very important 'act' of a Mary in these anointing scenes. I would have thought that this most important of events would have been referred to in the Gnostic texts if the community did laud up Mary Magdalene, and if it was Mary Magdalene who did the anointing.
But in the Gnostic texts we have, i do not believe this is hinted at anywhere. It shows the inherent difficulty of seeing which Mary was which in all of these Gospel accounts, whether part of the canon or the apocrypha.
For me, it is only the Gospel of John which makes it clear - it was Mary of Bethany who did the anointing, and it was in readiness for his burial, which would (using semeia) be related to the fact that Jesus, a Jewish Messiah (and revolutionary, if you ask me, in the context of his Jewish 'religion') had come to call his people back to God, to replace the corrupt priesthood of his times, and to establish direct contact with God.
Now Mary of Bethany by all accounts was a fine upstanding citizen, and seemingly quite financially well off if she had her own house. Now, would a Mary like this, be a sinner, a bad woman, or even a 'harlot'.

DESDE LA "VIRGEN DE LOURDES" HASTA EL AÑO 2011 TENEMOS 153 AÑOS. RECORDEMOS QUE DESDE EL 11 DE SEPTIEMBRE HASTA EL 11 DE FEBRERO TENEMOS 153 DIAS-DESDE YOM KIPUR HASTA PURIM TAMBIEN TENEMOS 153 DIAS. EL 9/11/01 FUE EN YOM KIPUR-BERNARDITA/NARDO/ UNGIMIENTO DE BETANIA
 La historia de la aparición de la Virgen de Lourdes es, también, la maravillosa historia de una niña llamada Bernardita, pobre, ignorante y quebrantada de salud, pero elegida por Dios para una gran misión. Un 11 de febrero de 1858, el último día de Carnaval, en una mañana fría y lluviosa, Bernardita, su hermana y una amiga se dirigieron al bosque a buscar leña para calentar la casa. Mientras que su hermana Antonieta y su amiga Juana cruzaban el río Gave para buscar leña, Bernardita se quedó sentada en una roca, al pie de la Gruta de Massabielle. Allí comienza la maravillosa historia. Cuando descansaba, Bernardita oyó un sordo ruido como proveniente de un trueno lejano. Intrigada, miró a su alrededor y no vió nada, pero entonces, el ruido se presentó nuevamente y cuando Bernardita volteó hacia la Gruta observó como un rosal silvestre que estiraba sus ramas por una abertura de la roca, se agitaba como sacudido por un fuerte viento. Al mismo instante, del fondo de la gruta salió una inmensa nube dorada y tras ella, una joven señora que se posó en la rama más alta del rosal. La señora era bellísima. Llevaba un vestido blanco, sujeto al cuello por un cordón de seda, también blanco, y una ancha cinta azul a la cintura, con un precioso velo blanco que le bajaba de la cabeza a los pies. Tenía las manos juntas con un rosario de perlas blancas y sobre los pies desnudos, que asomaban por debajo del vestido, fulguraban dos grandes rosas de oro. La señora sonrió a Bernardita y le hizo una señal para que se acercara. Bernardita cerró los ojos y los volvió a abrir. No estaba soñando, la señora era real. Instintivamente, sacó el rosario del bolsillo y se puso a rezar. Seguidamente, la señora hizo un gesto de aprobación y empezó también a rezar el rosario. Terminado el rezo, la señora retrocedió hacia el interior de la gruta y desapareció en una nube dorada. Bernardita comentó lo sucedido a Antonieta y a Juana, y les hizo prometer que no contarían nada. Sin embargo, las niñas no pudieron contenerse y rápidamente la noticia se corrió como pólvora. Bernardita había prometido a la señora ir a la gruta durante 15 días seguidos y así lo hizo. Mientras tanto, la curiosidad de los habitantes del pueblo de Lourdes y otros poblados vecinos aumentaba y cada día era mayor el número de personas que acompañaban a la niña a la gruta. Aunque únicamente la pequeña niña podía ver a la señora, las demás personas eran testigos de la transformación que Bernardita sufría cuando estaba ante la gruta. En otras palabras, entraba en éxtasis, su cara se quedaba pálida pero resplandeciente, y hermosa como la de un ángel. Su mirada fija en la entrada de la cueva acompañada de una expresión de serenidad y alegría. Bernardita fue a ver al obispo, quien le pidió una prueba: "la señora debía hacer florecer un rosal en presencia de todos los testigos que acudían a la gruta". Sin embargo, esta prueba no fue concedida. En su lugar, la señora dio una prueba mucho más valiosa y perdurable: el último día de los quince, la señora pidió a Bernardita que cavara con sus manos la tierra al pie de la gruta, la niña obedeció e inmediatamente comenzó a brotar un manantial al pie de la gruta. Las personas comenzaron a tomar de esa agua para llevar a los enfermos y ese mismo día los primeros milagros sucedieron: un hombre ciego lavó sus ojos con el agua y pudo ver nuevamente, una mujer bañó a su hijo paralítico y éste pudo caminar.
