It's different for everyone, I myself noticed after 10 weeks that my hips filled out, after 18 weeks my face, not bone structure, but my chin feminized and took on a heart shape, the best people to ask are friends and family that you see once or twice a year because the changes are so gradual that they are not noticeable in themselves.
