 Lately, I can't sleep at all. I think that my insomnia is caused by stress, and I need to solve one problem first in order to get rid of the second one.

Hello! Sleep disturbance is a serious problem. I took a step towards better health with the help of a calmerry licensed mental health professional and now attend online therapy sessions regularly. I am not a supporter of medications, I think that they should be used only as a last resort and strictly as directed by a doctor. I like that online therapy is available to everyone.
