Is it better to cancel a flight or be a no-show? If you know you can't make a scheduled flight, it's better to cancel your flight rather than be a no-show.

Hello there! Sure, seeking reimbursement from TUI can sometimes be a bit tricky. To begin the process, you can visit the AirAdvisor website at https://airadvisor.com/en/airlines/tui-refund-compensation. They'll guide you through the necessary steps and handle the communication with TUI on your behalf, making the whole process smoother. Good luck, and I hope you get your reimbursement soon!
