Hello, fellow travelers! I frequently travel across multiple time zones for work and always struggle with severe jet lag that knocks me out for days. I’ve tried various remedies and techniques, but nothing seems to work very well. Does anyone have experience managing jet lag effectively? I’m eager to hear about any methods or products that have helped you bounce back faster!

I feel your pain with jet lag. What has worked best for me is staying hydrated and adjusting to the new time zone as quickly as possible by syncing my meals and activities. It's not a quick fix, but it does help shorten the recovery time.

In addition to what Hannah mentioned, I’ve found that avoiding alcohol and caffeine during the flight and the first few days after arrival makes a significant difference. Also, getting some sunlight as soon as you can helps reset your internal clock.
