Hope you're having a great day. I've been wanting to elevate my cooking skills lately and dive into fine dining recipes. What are some sophisticated dishes you've tried making at home that turned out surprisingly well? I'm particularly interested in recipes that impress without requiring a chef's expertise. For instance, I once wanted to impress guests with something elegant yet manageable, so I used their suggestion for a seared scallops with a citrus reduction.
