Yeah, I’ve been looking into SB-326 https://nahspro.com/sb-326-inspections/  requirements too. From what I understand, all condo buildings with three or more units need these inspections. It makes sense since balconies and walkways can become dangerous over time. NahsPro seems to specialize in this, which is great for HOAs that don’t know where to start. Getting inspections done early is probably the best way to avoid bigger problems later.
