As far as I know, uploading your own content is fine. However, it may not be practical to use tools to remove watermarks from other users' content when reprinting. If you are just uploading your own clips, the snaptik.cc program is a great choice, it allows you to save them in pure quality without watermarks. Just don't forget to follow the rules of fair use or the platform.
