Guys, I need some advice. Everything is falling apart — deadlines are looming, tasks are pouring in one after another, and I just can’t concentrate. Anxiety doesn’t let go at all. Even when I’m sitting at home, my head won’t turn off: I think about work chats, tasks, the fear of missing something. Because of this, I’ve started sleeping worse and waking up tired. How do you cope? Maybe there are some ways to calm down so as not to break down? |

I recently came across a cool article on techtimes.com — it talks about the Liven app. It helps you put everything in its place: it tracks your mood, offers breathing exercises, reminds you of healthy habits. The “routine planner” in the app was especially helpful to me. For example, it prompts simple actions - like "go out in the sun" or "take a break and drink some water." Small steps, but the feeling of control returns. And they also have mini-courses that explain where anxiety comes from in the first place. |

My anxiety has been growing for months - at first I was just tired, then I started putting everything off, even simple tasks. I couldn't start the day until I had run through a thousand "what ifs" in my head. And yes, my face immediately turned gray, my muscles were like stone. I started using Liven on the advice of a friend - at first I was skeptical, but it really helps. |
