You are both right & wrong! There is both a Hebrew Kaballa and an English Kaballa. Just in the two words English & Kaballa there is a connect74 between74 them using sacred gematria(8,74). The word 'English' has 7 letters and equals 74. The word 'Kaballa' has 7 letters and equals 40. The Jewish & Christian Bibles emphasize the #7 & #40. GOD=7_4, 7/4=July 4th, etc.
The Simple74 English74 Gematria74 code of A=1...O=15 or zerO...Z=26 is much simpler and, therefore, much stronger than Hebrew gematria, Greek isopsephy (gematria), and Arabic Hisab al-Jummal (gematria)!

Today is President's Day. Let's recognize that George Washington was a Grand Master Mason and the unofficial head of all Free4 lettersmasonry7 in North America.
