Has anyone here tried a good set of meat knives for home cooking? I’m looking for something sharp and durable enough to handle bigger cuts of beef and lamb, but I don’t want to waste money on cheap knives that get dull after a few uses. Any recommendations?

I was in the exact same situation a few months ago and decided to give the meat knives from Cutluxe a try. Honestly, it was one of the best kitchen purchases I’ve ever made. The knives are super sharp right out of the box and stay that way even after heavy use. I’ve used them to slice brisket, portion lamb legs, and prep chicken every cut is clean and precise. What I also liked is how comfortable they feel in hand. They’re well-balanced, not too heavy, and don’t cause fatigue even if you spend an hour prepping. Compared to the cheap knives I had before, it’s like night and day.
