Desde el principio del Tiempo, los seres humanos, desde más primitivo al más sofisticado culturalmente, han seguido y han grabado los ritmos naturales y ciclos de la Tierra.

Las personas antiguas de la Tierra se preocupaban por estos ritmos naturales y ciclos, porque sus vidas y su sustento dependían de ellos. El cielo y la Naturaleza tocaron cada aspecto de sus vidas. No es sólo que sus observaciones astronómicas indicaban cuándo plantar sus cosechas y cuándo segar la mies, sino también dónde localizar sus templos, cómo diseñar sus casas e incluso cómo orientar sus ciudades. Estas personas ocuparon un Universo inteligente y viviente que gobernaba sus vidas. La supervivencia y el éxito, entonces, dependía de cuan bien uno podría leer las señales celestiales.
Como breve revisión de lo más básico de estos ciclos naturales, nosotros empezaremos con la rotación de la Tierra en su eje. Porque la Tierra rota una revolución completa cada 24 horas, nosotros observamos los períodos recurrentes del día y la noche.

Luego está el ciclo observable del año, cuando la Tierra baila alrededor del Sol en una órbita elíptica, tomándole 365.25 días para completar una revolución.
Cuando las personas continuaron observando los cuerpos celestes, comenzaron también a notar que algunas de las luces luminosas en el cielo se movían mientras otras se quedaban relativamente estacionarias. Estos cuerpos errantes que hemos venido a conocer como los planetas, y varias personas alrededor del mundo mostraron un interés especial en sus ciclos y movimientos particulares, tejiendo un gran número de historias, mitos y leyendas.
Esos astrónomos tempranos que guardaron archivos del movimiento del Sol, Luna y Planetas, uno de los más grandes misterios que ellos observaron fue el hecho de que todos los años, ellos esperarían que el Sol apareciera en el Equinoccio de la Primavera o en el Solsticio del Invierno en un lugar específico en el horizonte, señalizando el Nuevo Año.

Los antiguos astrónomos descubrieron el movimiento Precesional de término largo del Sol a través del fondo de las constelaciones y se calcula la longitud de este Ciclo a alrededor de 25,600 a 26,000 años.
Esto significa que el Sol que marca el Equinoccio de Primavera, que ahora aparece adelante del fondo de estrellas en la constelación de Piscis, en aproximadamente 500 años subirá a la constelación de Acuario. Continuará cambiando al revés a través de las varias constelaciones de Capricornio, Sagitario, etc., hasta que en aproximadamente 26,000 años llegará de regreso al mismo punto exacto en Piscis.
La comprensión de esta Precesión del Equinoccio, entonces, dio lugar a muchos mitos y leyendas de las diferentes Edades Mundiales. Quizás más que cualquier antigua cultura de la que estamos conscientes a estas alturas, los Mayas estaban obsesionados con la Astronomía. Para lograr estos impresionantes cómputos, ellos crearon un sistema sofisticado de matemáticas que utiliza el valor del lugar y el concepto del cero. Entonces, en el contexto de esta tradición el Solsticio de Invierno el 21 de diciembre era celebrado como el cumpleaños del Sol.
Es la noche más larga del año y por consiguiente, el día más corto del año. Representó el último poder de las fuerzas oscuras de la Naturaleza: la larga noche invernal, cuando las cosas parecían estar muertas y quietas. Y fuera de las profundidades de esta noche más larga, nació el nuevo Sol. Desde este punto en, el poder de la luz crece despacio en fuerza y los días empiezan poco a poco a hacerse más largos.
El Solsticio de Invierno, entonces, inauguró el nacimiento de un nuevo año solar. El Sol parecía regresar de su viaje anual al Sur y empieza su lento retorno a las Latitudes del Norte. La salida del sol, el 21 de diciembre, se creía que era como la primera salida del sol, y el comienzo del Nuevo Año era, de hecho, una celebración del principio del Tiempo.
Con este contexto particular en la mente, estamos ahora preparados para examinar más estrechamente las razones por qué el Solsticio de Invierno en el año 2012 es tan importante. Para los mayas, esto es como el último golpe de Medianoche en Nochevieja, sólo que en el 2012 el Nuevo Año es el Nuevo Año Galáctico de 26,000 años solares.
El Reloj Galáctico estará en el punto cero y comenzará un Nuevo Ciclo Precesional.
A estas alturas usted puede estar preguntándose que es lo que es tan importante sobre la vía láctea y por qué los maya incluso estaban tan interesados en ello.
Nuestra cultura científica ha venido finalmente a comprender que nuestro planeta, el Sol, y el sistema solar entero tuvieron sus orígenes en el centro de la Galaxia de la Vía Láctea. Nosotros también hemos encontrado recientemente que nuestra Galaxia es de 70,000 años de luz de diámetro, con la mayoría de sus 400 mil millones estrellas concentrados en la gran protuberancia central.

Para lo que el centro de nuestra Galaxia pueda representar en términos de energía y propiedades tiempo/espacio, nadie tiene una pista.
Pero para los antiguos mayas, la Galaxia de la Vía Láctea representó a la Gran Madre Cósmica de donde nació toda Vida. Ellos vieron a nuestra Madre Galáctica estirándose a través del cielo nocturno y de alguna manera reconocer el lugar desde donde todos nosotros habíamos venido. Y a la gran protuberancia central a Su centro, ellos la percibieron como el Útero Cósmico.
Dentro de la protuberancia central está lo que parece un corredor oscuro, conocido como la grieta oscura (dark rift). Los mayas se referían a esto con muchos nombres, pero el más pertinente aquí es su referencia a esta área como el “paso del nacimiento”.
¿Estaremos empezando a conseguir aquí un cuadro de esto?
Considerando entonces la importancia de la fecha 2012 en el calendario maya, se ha descubierto que ese año específicamente apunta a un periodo de tiempo cuando el Sol del Solsticio de diciembre se alinea con y surge fuera del telón de la grieta oscura, el "Canal Galáctico de Nacimiento” en la protuberancia central.
Es como si el Sol realmente estuviera naciendo nuevamente del Útero Galáctico.
La Cosmología maya no fue escrita en un libro, sino en las mismas estrellas sobre sus cabezas.
El significado de esta historia no fue revelado a través del estudio de oscuras interpretaciones, sino que a través de correspondencia de asociaciones asignada a las partes individuales en la historia.
Todos lo que necesitamos hacer es reconocer esas asociaciones originales y la historia se despliega sola. Así como en nuestra cultura, nosotros hemos construido asociaciones entre el Solsticio de Invierno, el Nuevo Año y el nacimiento de Jesús Cristo, “ el Hijo de Dios" quien entró en este mundo como "un salvador de la humanidad ".
Con los mayas hemos descubierto otra historia asociada con el Solsticio de Invierno, el Nuevo Año y el destino de las personas en la Tierra. La alineación astronómica del Ciclo Precesional del Solsticio de Invierno y el Centro Galáctico representa el "Punto Cero" en el Reloj Cósmico, marcando así el principio de la Nueva Era en nuestra jornada evolutiva en la conciencia. Nos dice que nace un Nuevo Sol, que un Nuevo Año ha amanecido, que un Nuevo Ciclo Galáctico ha empezado, y la transformación de nuestro Mundo está en camino.
El gran secreto en esta historia particular es que nosotros no necesitamos esperar el Solsticio de Invierno del año 2012 para reconocer que estamos entrando en este tiempo de profunda transición. Ya que según los más recientes cálculos astronómicos, el Solsticio Meridiano realmente es el que más precisamente coincide con el Ecuador Galáctico entre 1998 y 1999.
Así como el ecuador de la Tierra divide el planeta en dos hemisferios de Norte y Sur, el Ecuador Galáctico es el término astronómico para la línea divisoria de la Vía Láctea, separando la Galaxia en dos mitades. Similar al tiempo del Equinoccio, cuando el Sol parece cruzar el Ecuador de la Tierra y entra así en un nuevo hemisferio, así también en 1998 el Sol del Solsticio de Invierno comenzó a atravesar el Ecuador Galáctico.
Considerando que el Sol es tan grande (aproximadamente uno y medio grados de ancho) y el movimiento es tan lento, nuestro Sol no estará completamente por el Ecuador y totalmente en el nuevo Hemisferio Galáctico hasta el año 2018.
Así que nosotros necesitamos entender entonces que la fecha maya de 2012 simplemente es un indicador a este periodo del 20 años de transición – el proceso de nacimiento de la Nueva Era (o Edad), y el punto del principio del Nuevo Ciclo Precesional de 26,000 años.
Yo lo encuentro casi la altura de ironía que los descendientes de esos blancos europeos que vinieron al "Nuevo Mundo" para llevar iluminación y salvación a la población indígena, ahora encontrarían enterrado aquí, en alguna selva remota, un calendario/reloj de piedra marcándoles el Tiempo/hora que es.
Un calendario o reloj no muy extraño a su propio fondo cultural, pero uno que realmente incorpora y cumple su más expansiva visión del Tiempo cíclico, el Ciclo Precesional.
Este "Gran Año" era conocido hace mucho tiempo por los sumerios, babilónicos, egipcios y los antiguos griegos, pero carecía del punto en el que empezaba o acababa. De algún modo, a través de las Edades, el conocimiento había estado perdido.

I believe that the planned destruction of the United States will be the catalyst to bring this about. Look at this crop circle depicting a burning phoenix discovered in June 2009 in the U.K., which I believe is of demonic/ufo origin. Is this a sign that the phoenix will burn soon?

Here is an interesting read on Stargates and 19.47
In terms of Richard Hoagland's ' hyperdimensional physics' derived from the geometric 'message' of Cydonia (Mars), the conduit or 'stargate' between this world  and the Otherworld (i.e. hyperspace) is prominently represented by the angle 19.5°. According to the theory, it is the tetrahedral geometry signified by this angle that enables inter-dimensional energy transfer between the two realms.
 This 'stargate' geometry is expressed by a circumscribed tetrahedron (made up of four equilateral triangles). Interestingly enough, the hieroglyphic sign denoting Sirius was a triangle in ancient Egypt.
The connection is made evident by archaeo-astronomy. First, it is widely accepted these days that the 'air shafts' inside the Great Pyramid were designed to aligned with certain stars. One was specifically targeted toward Sirius in c. 2350 BC.
And at that pinpointed time (c. 2350 BC), Sirius and Orion's Alnitak (representing the Great Pyramid as per the Orion Correlation Theory) together produced the angle 19.5° (when Sirius was rising on the Giza horizon).[10]
 
Next, it is natural - given the Sirius-Great Bend connection - to wonder about the possibility of the Nile's 'Winding Waterway' having some relevance to tetrahedral geometry. Indeed, we do find a clear connection!
Believe it or not, the northern peak of the Great Bend precisely pinpoints the tetrahedral/stargate latitude, 19.5°N.!
What's even more incredible is the fact that the same Bend peak also pinpoints 33°E longitude. As those familiar with Hoagland's work would surely know, '33' and '19.5' are considered the two key numbers in the 'hyperdimensional code'! (Hoagland is just not yet aware of this Nile connection.)
In 1997, the esoteric importance of those numbers was overtly demonstrated as NASA landed a tetrahedron-shaped Mars Pathfinder lander on the Red Planet at 19.5 N and 33 W.! (That's pretty in your face, isn't it?)

Palin came out of nowhere almost literally from Anchorage, Alaska. (Wasilla where she was once mayor is part of Anchorage.) Alaska of all places. Why? Aside from being an allusion to the biblical 'wilderness' where the 'woman of the apocalypse' dwells, it was a continuation of the North Star motif. Indeed, the day I saw Palin for the first time in the news was the day I knew she was a 'Pole Star'. And her partner in crime, Arnold Schwarzenegger...
Anchorage had been on my radar for some time. The city anchors one of what call the 'Canopus Alignments' heavily woven into the year 2008 (though first discussed back in August 2006), very radioactive with Chernobyl and the 1968 French 'Canopus' nuclear test which was detonated on our 'Babylon' date, 'August 24'.
For deeper insight, it's vital that we understand where the name 'Canopus' comes from. It implies a pole star, or more specifically the 'South Star'. Canopus is the second brightest star in the sky after Sirius that, for those in the Northern Hemisphere unable to view the celestial south pole area (there is no distinctive 'South Star' at this time in history), served as the de-facto 'South Star' for navigational purposes until the invention of the magnetic compass.
Canopus can mean 'weight' and as such resonates with anchors as well as 'Anchorage'. Alaska is a North Star (flag) and its largest city (Anchorage) a South Star. Coming from Anchorage, Alaska, how can Sarah Palin not be a 'Pole Star' figure? Note also that the South Star is the 'anti-North Star', a mirror image of the 'messianic' star/constellation (King Arthur, for example, is a 'bear' figure, since arth = 'bear', as in the Great/Little Bear or Ursa Major/Minor where the North Star resides). This is reinforced by the attached 'radioactive' (nuclear) theme which resonates with 'Lucifer' (originally just a name for Venus the Morning Star) meaning 'light bringer', synonymous with 'radioactive' (radio = light). The general idea of 'Anti-Christ' is therefore hinted. There is something to this line of thinking as we'll see shortly.
Canopus would emerge again shortly before Palin's triumphal entry, coming in the form of the Russia-Georgia war, practically starting on the day of the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony (Aug. 8).

The region today occupied by Georgia was Colchis in ancient times where according to mythology the fabled 'Golden Fleece' was kept. This was the relic Jason and the Argonauts famously set out to procure as they traveled on the great ship 'Argo' ('Ark') represented in the sky by the defunct constellation 'Argo' which has Canopus as its brightest star (signifying the stern/ladder).
The Beijing Olympics in this way started with Canopus (Georgia war) and ended with Canopus (nuke test anniversary) - beautifully, or ominously, setting the stage for the rollout of the Whore of Babylon, an 'Antichristic' figure out of the Canopian wilderness called Anchorage, Alaska.
It's also noteworthy that the capital of America's Georgia, the state, is Atlanta, boasting a 'phoenix' official seal.
Not necessarily saying all these patterns are exclusively about Sarah Palin. She is, however, definitely not far from the eye of the Mayan Storm.
Clues are abundant and insistent. Palin, or what she represents, is trouble. We do not want this Pandora's Box anywhere near the White House. I'd like to stress again that it was before October 23 - a full month earlier in fact - that I began pushing the 'Palin 2012' projection when the media and the majority of the voters were still laughing at her extreme lack of knowledge revealed during her few but disastrous high-profile interviews done in September.

...Well, my view continues to be that, despite the big threat from 'Hurricane Palin', Obama is on track to win the election. [...] As for Sarah Palin, I think her 'birth' is more about the future not unlike Hillary, i.e. the next election... in 2012, following the pattern of Obama's rise which started at the 2004 Democratic National Convention (the powerful keynote speech he gave there is the reason he's now one step away from the presidency). How will Palin and Schwarzenegger, another 'Mayan' presidential material closely monitored around here for years now, interact with each other, if at all? Not sure. Perhaps we'll see an epic battle between the two during the primary race. And/or perhaps Palin will choose Schwarzenegger as her running mate! There is of course still the issue of the Constitution preventing Arnold - born outside of the US - from becoming president as well as vice president...
It was only after her first and only vice presidential debate on October 2nd where she did okay (by her standard) that some slowly began contemplating the possibility of 'Palin in 2012'.
In other words, having demonstrated foresight concerning this matter, my evaluation of Sarah Palin in terms of what she represents in the big picture should not be taken as something on the same level as, for example, the widespread and predictable speculation of Obama being the Antichrist. I'm coming from a whole different level. It's a whole different game. This is multicontextual. What I'm dealing with here are serious patterns.
Still, it wasn't until relatively late mid October that a vital and disturbing piece of the puzzle finally fell into place. STRUG reader AOS wisely thought it important to bring to my attention a little known, pre-Da Vinci Code film called 'Revelation' (2001) - incidentally one of my favorite overtly esoteric/Gnostic movies - which weaves together similar subject matters from a slightly different angle. As the reader wrote, the story is:
...about a cloning conspiracy that could change history, an ancient code and a secret society. It involved the Knights Templar, an alchemist named Mira, and the Black Pope. [...] I am sure you are aware of it, but to make a long story short, in the movie the alchemist (with the help of others) figures out a clue about 'PALINGENESIS'. Palin in Greek, of course, meaning again or anew and GENESIS meaning born. Together, in the movie, they meant, born again or rebirth. With all your talk about birth, PALIN and so forth, I couldn't resist sharing. [...] MIRA in the movie... said PALINGENESIS is an alchemist term meaning life from death...
'Bingo!', naturally, was my immediate reaction.
This was it. Palin and all her pregnancy/birth/rebirth/phoenix symbolisms. They were whispering: 'Palin Birth', 'Palin Genesis'... 'Palingenesis'! Mayan Palingenesis.
The reader didn't mention this, but the cloned baby in the story is an Antichristic 'messiah' welcomed by the whole world!
Counterbalancing the rise of darkness behind the scenes in the wilderness is the birth of a 'real' Grail child, almost completely hidden from the world. The birth scene is prefaced by a quick shot of Revelation chapter 12 passages discussing the 'woman of the Apocalypse' giving birth to a man-child who will rule the world.
Twin birth of a false messiah and a true messiah...
 That's almost exactly what we have in Babylon A.D. released August 29, birthday of Hathor/Sekhmet the 'Scarlet Lady', the day Palin was 'born' as the Whore of Babylon. A mysterious woman on the run, virgin but pregnant with twins, sought after by powerful groups seeing in the 'Babylon Babies' messianic potential in terms of political power play and world domination. In other words, 'Antichrist' material.
The Tower of Babel/Babylon, sometimes evoking the Grail DNA double-helix and vice versa, is not only a Stairway to Heaven, but also a Stairway to Nazi-style fascism (Hitler being the modern 'Antichrist' archetype).
 
Get this: In a political context, the term 'Palingenesis' refers to... fascism! From Wikipedia's 'Palingenesis' entry:
...the doctrines which are used to comprise the political ideology of fascism often move to describe it as a "palingenetic ideology", primarily as a result of the notion that fascism itself is the rebirth of a state and/or empire in the image of that which came before it - thus, the ancestral political underpinnings. Discovery STS-116 returned to earth on the winter solstice (December 22, '06), which is traditionally when the Sun 'dies' and is 'reborn'. It's the Sun's southernmost/lowest point in the sky and where the Sun reverses its movement from southward to northward, increasing daylight for the Northern Hemisphere (thus signifying solar 'death' and 'resurrection'). On earth, the winter solstice corresponds to the 'Tropic of Capricorn' (= ~23.5° South): If you draw a line from the center of the earth to the winter-solstice Sun, the line exits the earth's surface at the 'Tropic of Capricorn' (or 'Tropic of Cancer' for the summer solstice). So we can say that by highlighting the winter solstice, STS-116 was also highlighting the Tropic of Capricorn. Guess which city is on the Tropic of Capricorn? I mean, precisely? Yes, that's right... Sao Paulo!

'House of the Sun' can imply 'House of Horus'. Horus was a sun-god and the son of the ancient Egyptian god of resurrection Osiris. 'House of Horus' is also Hathor. Her name means 'House of Horus'. She was a revered ancient Egyptian goddess thought to herald imminent birth or a 'great flood' ('water breaking'). Maui is aligned with Athens which gave us the Grail story of pregnancy and birth - or 'labor of the Sun'.
 
'Resurrection' is about reproduction. We are reborn through our offspring, and 'Jesus' is no different. It's about, among other things, his bloodline surviving through Mary Magdalene's womb. (That's at least the storyline.) Obviously this is why Mary Magdalene is suddenly a major figure during Jesus' Crucifixion and Resurrection in the Gospels, and why Jesus goes into a 'hole' (cave/tomb/womb) and comes out 'reborn', as it were, through Mary Magdalene. This is a simple metaphor. Santa doesn't have to be 'real' to be meaningful.
The story is patterned after the story of Osiris-Horus. It's also about the death and resurrection of the Sun.
The city Phoenix is the 'Valley of the Sun', implying 'death of the Sun' or diminished Sun. John Paul II was a 'labor/eclipse of the Sun', when the Sun temporarily dies, hidden behind the Moon. (Note: There will be a solar eclipse on September 11 this year.)
A light bulb should be going off at this point. We're now staring at a hitherto unseen force behind the intensification of the 'Resurrection theme' in 2007.
Simply put, 2007 is the year of solar minimum. That is to say that, the Sun is in its least active state in the current 11-year sunspot cycle in 2007. In other words, the year 2007 signifies the trough of the 'Valley of the Sun', i.e. Phoenix! This is a 'Resurrection Moment' - the Sun dies, and is reborn.
The 'Resurrected Sun' will peak right around 2012 - which is, of course, the year of the next Venus Transit, the London Olympics, and the Mayan 'end of time'!

Once and Future King
Five rings of the Olympic flag, five revolutions around the Sun, five years, from 2007 to 2012... the Grail in the womb.
During the coming years, we'll almost certainly see major changes on the throne of England, likely involving fall of the House of Windsor. This will be triggered or culminate when Prince William or Harry is crowned. As Princess Diana's offspring, they are of the royal bloodline of the House of Stuart, a Scottish 'Grail dynasty' that ruled England and Scotland in the 17th century. The Stuarts' reign came to an end when the German House of Hanover, the predecessor to the current House of Windsor, more or less 'hijacked' the crown. The transition began when James II was forced to not only vacate the throne but flee for his life. The Jacobites have contended that the removal of James II was illegal therefore the subsequent rulers were all illegitimate. In a sense, 'King Arthur' lost his rightful place if we go with the idea that the Stuarts are a special branch of the Blood Royal/Holy Grail (i.e. messianic bloodline). Princes Diana was a direct descendant of Stuart kings.
While the Windsor bloodline seems to have flowed through the House of Stuart also, historically the Windsors and the Jacobites (those who support and believe in the legitimacy of James II and his descendants) are enemies, and Princess Diana and her princes represent the Jacobite side at least symbolically.
Take for example the fact that the Jacobites and James II were, though Scottish, closely aligned with France, which is the land of the Merovingians and the Holy Grail/Blood Royal. It was the Merovingian king Clovis who first made Paris the capital, where Princess Diana died. The Merovingians like their predecessors seem to have worshiped Artemis whose Roman equivalent is the goddess Diana. Artemis is closely associated with the bear, as was King Arthur, the name 'Arthur' stemming from 'ursus' (or 'arth') meaning 'bear'. King Arthur is the 'Once and Future King', expressing resurrection.
