Easter egg in final 1955 scene of BTTF part 1.

I always seem to watch BTTF whenever it comes on, and for the first time, I noticed the sign in the upper right hand corner. Who is Mr. Foster? Or is that just a made up name? You'll also notice the time on that clock too.
