The Black Cube Cult “Pan was a composite creature, the upper part–with the exception of his horns–being human, and the lower part in the form of a goat. (…)The pipes of Pan signify the natural harmony of the spheres, and the god himself is a symbol of Saturn because this planet is enthroned in Capricorn, whose emblem is a goat”
- Manly P. Hall, Secret Teachings of All Ages
So Pan was depicted with horns due to the fact it represented Saturn, the ruler of the house of Capricorn which symbol is a goat.
Actually, the Mardi Gras celebration originated in the pagan pre-Christian celebration of spring. Ancient Greeks would sacrifice a goat, cut its hide in to strips and run naked through the fields while their pagan priests lashed them with the goat-hide strips. This was a part of their spring fertility rite to insure a productive harvest for their fields and increase the fertility of their flocks and women. The custom was degenerate even by pagan standards, being a time of lewdness, immorality, drunkenness and revelry and was associated with the worship of the Greek god "Pan". "Most scholars see a relationship between present day Mardi Gras and the ancient tribal rituals of fertility that welcomed the arrival of Spring. A possible ancestor of the celebration is the Lupercalis, a circus-like orgy held in mid-February in Rome." the day before Ash Wednesday was Carnival! It meant "farewell to flesh" (at least for the Lenten season). The French called it Mardi Gras for Fat Tuesday What's Really Behind the Mardi Gras Masks? "But behind the sequins and war paint, and deep under the light-hearted Carnival spirit, is there some quirk in the human personality that makes people want to mask? And if so, is there some twist in each individual's psyche that makes him choose the alter-identity he does? Enter the anthropologists and sociologists, who assure us that yes, there certainly may be a darker side to Carnival. Joseph V. Guillotte, Ph.D., associate professor of anthropology at the University of New Orleans, says that maskers have been traced at least as far back as the Ice Age. The proof is a dated drawing from southwestern France of the Dancing Sorcerer, a man dressed in a reindeer costume. Among early man, masking was considered a conduit to the supernatural, Guillotte says. A man donned a mask and believed he was possessed by the spirit of a god or dead ancestor who was trying to communicate with the living. "the individual becomes the character the mask depicts... Masking (or costuming) altered the state of consciousness."5 In the same article, Fuller quotes Fred Koening, Ph.D., professor of social psychology at Tulane University: "Masks are a way of being anonymous, and if you wear a mask, ' you take on a different persona.' Among the early tribes, men who wore masks were considered crueler toward their enemies than those who did not. Certainly nobody is claiming that masking at Carnival. has anything to do with cruelty. But, Koening says, 'You can be a little drunker, a little wilder, a little more primitive.' Furthermore, at Carnival 'people will be more tolerant of you,' he says. 'Normal rules are gone. Traditional routines are put on hold.'" The Masks of Carnival was easily influenced the African and Indian population of America because it had a connection to their rituals for the dead. http://saintpaulcommunitychurch.org/spiritofmardigras.htm Pan ....and Saunieres angels over pan Rosslyn Chapel and the head of the goat on the roof The importance of the number 8 Kabba... The Kaaba, was erected in the center of Mecca’s shrine area, where Venus as a meteorite has been worshipped for thousands of years. The cube shape of the Kaaba incorporates the alchemical number eight by having two four-sided squares, one above and one below (4+4), thus emphasizing and enhancing the alchemical properties of its indwelling form of Venus. Eight symbolizes the number of perfect expression, the octagon, the cube. As mentioned, the number 8 denoted both enlightenment as well as the two “worlds, “ Heaven and Earth, a point made explicit by the builders of the Kaaba, who incorporated into its structure thirty-one courses of stone and wood, then added two more, symbolizing Heaven and Earth, thus making thirty-three, the number of enlightenment. In particular the Semites regarded trees, caves, springs, and large stones as being inhabited by spirits; like the Black Stone of Islam in a corner of the Ka'bah at Mecca, in Petra and other places in Arabia stones were venerated also" (History of the Islamic Peoples, Carl Brockelmann, p 8-10) "According to a theory held by many, this temple [Kabah] had been sourceally connected with the ancient worship of the sun, moon and stars, and its circumambulation by the worshippers had a symbolical reference to the rotation of the heavenly bodies. Within its precincts and in its neighborhood there were found many idols, such as Hubal, Lat, Ozza, Manah, Wadd, Sawa, Yaghut, Nasr, Isaf, Naila, etc. A black stone in the temple wall was regarded with superstitious awe as eminently sacred" (Muhammad and Muhammadanism, S.W. Koelle, 1889, p. 17-19)

Thanks Nic I had never seen it before Thanks so much for explaining what was going on there Here is from Andrews article From Andrews article Standing with my back to the Tour Magdela, facing the Grotto, I read my compass. What little colour I had left quickly dissipated. It read 22 degrees (south of west). What were the odds? The Tower of the Magdalene (Tour Magdela) is reached by two sets of 11 steps (22). An anomalous floor tile points up a spiral stair case with 22 steps where a single window points unambiguously at a grotto whose ancient place name is 'Grotte du Fournet - dite de la Magdeleine', which translates as 'The Burial Site of the Mary Magdalene', and which is offset from the window by 22 degrees. 22, of course, is the feast day of Mary Magdalene. Mr. Egypt confirmed my compass reading, and agreed with my theory that Abbe Sauniere had simply commemorated his discovery by encoding the number 22 in his restorations, namely the Tour Magdela. http://andrewgough.co.uk/fear.html _________________ Everything is Connected and there are no coincidences

he number 8 is a Fibonacci number, The structure of a fractal object is reiterated in its magnifications. Fractals can be magnified indefinitely without losing their structure and becoming "smooth"; they have infinite perimeters—some with infinite, and others with finite surface areas. One such fractal curve with an infinite perimeter and finite surface area is the Koch snowflake. That tile looks very much like the fractal Koch Snowflake Hanukkah is a Jewish festival holiday that lasts eight days and eight nights. In particle physics, the eightfold way is used to classify sub-atomic particles. The atomic number of oxygen. All spiders, and more generally all arachnids, have eight legs. Orb-weaver spiders of the cosmopolitan family Areneidae have eight similar eyes. The octopus and its cephalopod relatives in genus Argonauta have eight arms (tentacles).Timothy Leary identified a hierarchy of eight levels of consciousness. The Dharmacakra, a Buddhist symbol, has eight spokes. The Buddha's principal teaching—the Four Noble Truths -- ramifies as the Noble Eightfold Path. In Islam, It is the number of Angels carrying The Holy Throne of Allah in heavens. In the Middle Ages, 8 was the number of "unmoving" stars in the sky, and symbolized the perfectioning of incoming planetary energy. the Ogdoad eight deities worshipped in Hermopolis during what is called the Old Kingdom, the third through sixth dynasties, dated between 2686 to 2134 BC. First it was a cult having Hathor and Ra; The number eight plays an important part in Gnostic systems In chess, each side has eight pawns and the board is made of 64 squares arranged in an eight by eight lattice The infinity symbol is also sometimes depicted as a special variation of the ancient ouroboros snake symbol. The snake is twisted into the horizontal eight configuration while engaged in eating its own tail, a uniquely suitable symbol for endlessness

Domme, Dordogne In 1307, the Knight Templars were imprisoned in Domme during the trial against them, of which hundreds of Templar graffiti still bear witness. They used a code system involving series of geometric figures: the octagon represented the Grail, the triangle surmounted by a cross represented Golgatha, the square represented the Temple, and the circle represented the imprisonment. Similar inscriptions (of disputed authenticity) has been found in other towns such as Loches, Gisors, and Chinon.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domme,_Dordogne Richard has given me permission to use his photo from St Jean in Moliers I want to point out Koch Snowflake fractal it is in the stained glass window I also wonder if Magdalene is shown here in the window the 13th century church of St Jean in a little village called Molieres, in the Dordogne The floor at Tour magdala A pentacle is there too

I just want to let you know the stars at Rennes and Rosslyn are the pentacle on their roofs the Rennes ones are two dimensional while the Rosslyn one are three Rennes-les-Bains is on the heart of Roseline le Poulpe has the eight legs...which are fractal like that they are curves from the Secret Dossiers The Koch Curve remember the Koch Snowflake has a eight pointed variant The color red is that of Hermes (that of the kermes). The black color (of anarchy) must, in the transformations of the substance principle, transform itself into a red color. That fact that blood is red is significant also in relation to the idea of a royal bloodline. The author’s assertion here that “Red is indeed the crimson color of the kings, this primitive race having given to the world its rules and its laws” shows that he is fully aware of the royal, red-haired Aryan race, and the fact that they are responsible for civilizing humanity. from Tracy Twyman http://quintessentialpublications.com/twyman/?page_id=38The tile has three black stones with one red pointing toward the Magdalene Grove

Roscoe The Green Man Rosslyn's architecture is the presence of 'Green Men'. These are carvings of human faces with greenery all around them, often growing out of their mouths. They are commonly thought to be a symbol of renewal and fertility, pre-Christian in origin. In Rosslyn they are found in all areas of the chapel, with one excellent example in the Lady Chapel, between the two middle altars of the east wall. It has been hypothesized that the green men in Rosslyn symbolism the months of the year in progression from East to West in the Chapel.
Young faces are seen in the East symbolizing Spring and as we progress towards the setting sun in the west the carvings age as in autumn of man's years. There are in excess of 110 carvings of Green men in and around the Chapel.110 of them Ya think they made their point He has 8 vines coming from him Osiris had green skin reflecting the Vegetative god ...The Green Man is everywhere http://quezi.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/rosslyn-green-man.jpgThe cross in the crypt of Rosslyn dating back to 13th century http://sinclair.quarterman.org/rhuseth/rosslynchapeltemplargravestone.jpg its Tour Magdala Jean Lhuilier, the mayor of Rennes-le-Chateau, receives a letter from Jean-Louis Génibrel
"At the beginning of the construction of the tower Magdala, Rennes - le-Chteau [...] the grandfather of my uncle, who was the foreman, helped Father Saunière to bury at least one box and" other items under the the tower. "from Ben Hammot's website http://www.benhammott.com/excavation-rennes-le-chateau.htmlEisenman scanned the floor of the Tour When the ultrasound had been completed and the results studied, the scientists discovered an anomaly beneath the tower. It seemed to be a wooden object as no metal was detected, so no gold here then. This object, which was described as a chest or a trunk measuring approx 90cm x 120cm, was buried 4 m deep below the tower. (4m must be a misprint or mistake as the scans clearly show the anomaly little more than half a meter below the surface - maybe the measurement got confused with the church scan.) from Ben's article or should I call him Bill Serena Tajé, doctor of theology, was also present. Serena Tajé has been reported of saying, "the trunk could contain documents that could shed light on the founding myth of the church." Which seems a strange thing to say.
More controversy was caused by some of the other statements that she was reported as having made. Newspaper reports quoted her as saying, 'It could be a question of a document that will challenge the history of the Catholic Church!… Unless it is a tangible sign of the presence in this place (a presence attested to by the holy texts) of Jesus's judge, of that same Herod Antipas who stopped here, at Rennes-le-Chteau, on the path of exile, in the company of a certain Mary the Madgalenian.'
But one of Dr Tajé's reported comments eclipsed even these statements when she jokingly stated during dinner that, 'The Church has given me the mission of destroying any compromising documents that we might find'. Although it seems only to have been said in jest many people took it as a serious remark, including Leopold Sanchez, who reported these remarks in Le Figaro Magazine on July 7, "Serena Tajé is also the Special Envoy of the Vatican!"
Although Serena does do work for the Vatican she also works for many other organizations. _________________ Everything is Connected and there are no coincidences

Does Anybody know what this is on the Tour de Magdela [urlhttp://www.flickr.com/photos/9484963@N03/5141839522/][/url]
When you go up the spiral steps and open the door for the view there looks to be a pillar of sorts with a triangle on top and the Trinity or triquetra the three goddesses... or Father Son and Holy Ghost The triquetra is often found in Insular art, most notably metal work and in illuminated manuscripts like the Book of Kells
The windows have the three leaf clover clover is one of the main nectar sources for honeybees. It makes sense there is a triangle connected to the shamrock or clover it is three in one The Druids and Pagans used the shamrock as well the fleur de lis with France It is very Celtic This symbol is on the roof top of Roslyn Chapel there is a pillar or steeple with a pointed top on the roof of Rosslyn Chapel ...it reflects the clubs in the deck of card the number three I wrote an article on what I found on the roof tops of Rosslyn this structure at the Tour of Magdala has windows with the clover/clubsymbol The Clubs have aconnection to the fleur de lis which is a major symbol for the Acadians also with the French Clovis the Merovingian took it as his symbol Clover...Clovis
The triquetra are the borromean rings mentioned before The clover symbolizes the three rings of the Lord - Demiurge The spiraled stair symbolizes W time axis , at the end-top you got the three ring of fire. Frequent ejaculation thus results in a chronic, critical deficiency of zinc, symptoms of which include loss of memory, mental confusion, paranoia and hypersensitivity to sunlight.
