Has anyone here actually used dedicated Cheese Knives at home? I’ve been trying to make nicer cheese plates when guests come over, but my regular kitchen knives either stick, crumble the cheese, or just make everything look messy. I’m wondering if getting proper cheese knives is really worth it or just hype?

I had the exact same doubt before. I thought, “A knife is a knife, right?” But when I switched to better tools, the difference was honestly bigger than I expected. I ended up trying Cutluxe, and while looking through their products I also picked up a brisket knife set for BBQ and slicing larger cuts turned out to be a great decision. Here’s the set I got: brisket knife set it’s from Cutluxe, and I was really happy with the performance. The knife glides cleanly instead of tearing, and it just feels more balanced and controlled in the hand. So yes, proper knives do make a noticeable difference. If you want something reliable that works well and looks good when serving guests, I’d definitely recommend checking them out. It made both cheese boards and BBQ carving way easier and more enjoyable for me.
