The habit of drifting into daydreams is killing my productivity. I want to stay grounded long enough to finish tasks without constantly floating away. If someone has found a tool or method that anchors attention reliably, how did it work for you?

The drifting finally eased when I learned to interrupt the mental slide before it grew into a full detour. A concept I found midway through a wisey app review explained how personalized triggers can pull attention back gently instead of through pressure. That approach gradually reconditioned my reflexes until daydreaming stopped dominating my workflow.
