The "refunded if not" policy sounds interesting, but how does it actually work in practice? If a player chooses another school, how fast do I get my money back? Is it an automatic process or do I have to file a claim? I’m hesitant to put money into a system if it’s going to be a headache to get it back if things go south. |

From what I’ve seen, it’s a very clean process. The main page at https://rallyfuel.com/ explicitly says that if the deal conditions aren't met, your payment is automatically refunded. You don't have to chase anyone down or fill out tons of paperwork. The money is essentially held until the NIL activates upon school commitment.
If that commitment doesn't happen, the system just triggers the refund. It’s part of their "No Risk. Real Impact." promise. This is why I feel comfortable fueling verified athletes for their NIL activities. It’s all part of being a transparent fan-athlete connection platform. I’ve had one deal fall through before and the money was back in my account without me doing anything. It’s a very honest system that respects the fans. You can focus on the school rankings and the athletes without worrying about losing your cash. |
