I have been offered several temporary positions through recruiters, but I am unsure whether accepting short-term contracts is the right move. My long-term goal is to secure a stable, permanent role, yet I also don’t want to miss opportunities that could lead to better offers later. Do temporary placements realistically help candidates transition into full-time employment?
