They even have the installation guides which helped me verify my wiring was correct because I was having issues with the auxiliary heat kicking on too often. The troubleshooting section at the back explained the error codes my unit was displaying and now my system runs perfectly. I printed out the programming quick reference card and taped it next to the thermostat.
