This is an original oil painting done by artist David Brusel. The amazing oil painting is beautifully done with a lot of 3 dimensional detail, the ocean waves are spectacular with 2 seagulls flying over the ocean. There is a build in lamp that attaches to the frame which can be easily removed. The gold frame is in amazing condition "like brand new". Please see photo for better description. Many items we sell are vintage and used. We spend a lot of time hunting down unique items, so we don't always have time to dust, clean, launder, smell, or polish everything. Most vintage items that have been used are not perfect and may have been stored for a long period of time. We don't always know if items are smoke or pet free, so please consider this when deciding to bid or buy. We do our very best to present accurate, detailed information and try to point out all problems, defects or flaws about every item we sell so you can bid with confidence. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us! SHIPPING/PACKING We also take great care in the packaging of our merchandise, and assure all products are neatly and securely packaged. We pride ourselves on being green and do our best to use recycled packaging which is good for the environment AND saves you money :) We try our best to charge the the actual cost of shipping plus a small handling charge on all shipments The handling charge includes the packing labor and all extra material costs. Most orders are shipped usps or fed ex. All items shipped from postal code 60131. RETURN POLICY All items sold as-is. We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction or you received the wrong item. Please inspect your item immediately after receiving it. If there is a problem the buyer must contact us within 3 days upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and item must be sent back within 7 days of contacting us. Any item shipped with free shipping, the refund will be issued minus the cost of postage. All items also subject to a 10% restocking fee. If item was brand new we can not accept returns if the packaging was opened. We are decent people, if there are any problems just let us know and we will do our best to make sure we are both happy.
