  • 200 gr azúcar
  • 5 huevos
  • ralladura de 1 limón
  • esencia de vainilla, limón o almendras
  • 1 copita rom o coñac
  • 100 gr pasas de uvas
  • 1 taza frutas (secas y abrillantadas)
  • 450 gr harina leudante
  • o harina 0000 + 2 cucharadas polvo de hornear
  • 1 taza y 1/2 azúcar impalpable
  • cantidad necesaria jugo de limón y agu
