Esa fue una de las grandes burradas dichas por Chavez esa noche en su arenga en favor del SI.
 
A ese burro lo mato' el NO y no hizo falta darle ningun pellizco,con  pegarle en el lomo mas de 4 millones de papelitos con el No,fue suficiente.
