Felipe Pérez Roque: Raibel, no se puede bloquear al pueblo norteamericano. No es culpable, es víctima también del bloqueo que su gobierno nos impone. Hay que hacer una campaña mundial, pero para reclamar que tenemos derecho a un mundo mejor para nuestros hijos.
