Demando del administrador del grupo que no borre la difanacion de Combate News ya que constituye una prueba que va a ser llevada ante la corte por "libel" de un periodico digital regulado por las leyes del Estado de La Florida.
Adjunto mi queja formulada contr es grupo al MSN.
Pedro Rodriguez Medina, director of the digital newspaper Combate News, is making libelous statements against my and my families moral charater, publishing said statements using my full name, in the MSN Group:
The manager of the group has been notified on several ocassions, but he ignored my demands to restrain Mr. Rodriguez and his newspaper from continuing to publish such statements against my character.
In said MSN group, there are several members that continously offend other members with indecent language. In spite of many notifications, the manager instead of attempting to curtail such behavior, contributes with his own offenses.
Combate News has published said statements on other MSN groups, such as;
http://groups.msn.com/lainsulabarataria
I am prepared to file a civil demand against Combate News in a Couurt of law to protect my reputation as guaranteed by the laws of the State of Florida.
