 Aprovechando unos claros en el cielo de esta noche, he conseguido encontrar los objetos del catálogo Messier M42 y M43, mas conocidos como la nebulosa de Orión. Por fin soy capaz de orientarme mas o menos en la noche, y gracias a la ayuda del programa stellarium consigo dar con lo que busco. Os voy a contar un poco sobre la historia de esta constelación que he encontrado en la web "http://www.astroyciencia.com"; Orión, llamada también el Cazador, es visible desde octubre a marzo en ambos hemisferios. Para la mayoría de los observadores, la constelación de Orión es sin dudas la más impresionante del firmamento. Con su gran cantidad de estrellas brillantes, y el grupo destacado que forman las tres estrellas del llamado “cinturón”, es fácil de encontrar en el cielo invernal. Leer mas... También intente ver las Pleyades, pero las nubes comenzaron a llegar y tuve que dejarlo para otra ocasión. Para terminar deciros que encontrar esta nebulosa ha sido de momento, una de mis observaciones mas satisfactorias ^^.

Ok. La "Puerta del Hombre" sería la constelación de Orión (que tiene la forma esquemática de una figura humana) y la fecha es el 20 de junio (solsticio).
  Y la "Puerta de Dios" sería el centro de la Galaxia (el Dios Hunab-ku de los Maya) que desde la Tierra se ve entre Sagitario, Ofiuco y Escorpio (cuya estrella más brillante es Antares) y el Sol pasa por encima cada 19 de junio.
Y en esta vista más amplia vemos las dos "puertas" a la vez.

Tres Marías

El término Tres Marías, a veces utilizado en la forma Santas Marías o Tres Santas Marías puede referirse a:
-
- su madre la Virgen María;
- María Magdalena; es la compañera de Jesucristo, la que representa el "arrepentimiento", La Ley y los profetas, el Antiguo Testamento.
- María de Betania, a veces identificada con la anterior,[1] pero más usualmente identificada como la hermana menor de Lázaro de Betania y Marta de Betania (véase también Marta y María); es la compañera del Señor, que representa el "amor", ella lo escoge, el Nuevo Testamento.
- María Salomé, que acompañó a Jesucristo durante la crucifixión. Fue mujer de Zebedeo y madre de los apóstoles Santiago el Mayor y Juan.
- María de Cleofás o Cleofé, que sería mujer de Cleofás (identificable con Tadeo o Alfeo) y hermana de la María madre de Jesucristo. A veces se la identifica con María Salomé, ya que también es citada en la escena de la crucifixión, pero en distinto evangelio.
- María (madre de Santiago y José) y , que en algunas interpretaciones de los textos evangélicos se identifica con la misma María madre de Jesucristo, que habría tenido otros hijos. La interpretación católica más usual rechaza esa posibilidad, sugiriendo que puede ser cualquier otra María, por ejemplo, la María de Cleofás.[2] Esta identificación conllevaría la de uno de sus hijos con Santiago el Menor (o Santiago el de Alfeo), tal como se explicita en el Evangelio de Marcos.[3] La identidad del otro hijo, José, es menos clara; aunque ese nombre (también muy común) era llevado por José de Arimatea (cuyo papel en la crucifixión y entierro de Cristo es destacadísima) y por José de Nazaret (o San José, el esposo de la María madre de Jesucristo).
Había allí muchas mujeres que miraban de lejos: eran las mismas que habían seguido a Jesús desde Galilea para servirlo.
Entre ellas estaban María Magdalena, María —la madre de Santiago y de José— y la madre de los hijos de Zebedeo.
Junto a la cruz de Jesús, estaba su madre y la hermana de su madre, María, mujer de Cleofás, y María Magdalena.
- Las Tres Marías es el nombre convencional de dos temas evangélicos muy desarrollados en la cultura y el arte:

- el del grupo de mujeres que presencian la Crucifixión de Cristo (habitualmente como escena secundaria del tema principal, pero en ocasiones convertido en motivo destacado (por la posición, tamaño o tratamiento elegido por el artista);
- la mujer o grupo de mujeres que van a visitar el Santo Sepulcro, lo hallan vacío (Sepulcro Vacío -en:Empty tomb-) y se encuentran con Jesús Resucitado, siendo por tanto los primeros testigos de la Resurrección de Cristo (véase en la wikipedia en inglés en:Resurrection of Jesus y en:Resurrection appearances of Jesus). Según el Evangelio de Juan no fue un grupo, sino únicamente la Magdalena, pero según los Evangelios de Lucas, Marcos y Mateo eran María Magdalena, María, la madre de Santiago, y Salomé o María Magdalena, Juana y María, la madre de Santiago, y las demás mujeres que las acompañaban o María Magdalena y la otra María. También según uno de los evangelios apócrifos (el de Pedro) eran varias mujeres.[6]

THE DEATH, BURIAL, AND RESURRECTION OF THE SUN...THAT'S RIGHT...I SAID "SUN"
Space does not permit the full disclosure of what we have to share but let me address some things in summary fashion as we begin our study. First of all, in ancient times, there were certain things which obviously mystified the early people and the were certain apparent features of the landscape which were difficult to ignore. Of course I mean the Sun for ancient mankind looked upon the Sun as their "Savior". If the sun, which is the source of all life fails to come up the next morning the ancient people would not have lived long and they knew this. The Sun energizes you with it's energy and causes the crops to grow through the process of photosynthesis. The Sun gives up it's life force which is its energy to provide us with warmth, food, and protection and many other things. So it could be said, and we find that the Ancients did say and believe, that the Sun of God gives it's life up for mankind and it is the TRUE SAVIOR for it has risen (daily). The Sun was mankind's "Risen Savior".
Now before you go and say "they were sun-worshippers" you need to understand their religion and that cannot be done when reading Christians who write of it as I found but when you do your independent study from the hands of scholars and historians then you see that these peoples did not worship the actual Sun but the Sun was but a SYMBOL of the Divine God and Creator to them. When the ancient people would track the Sun on the "Sun dial", as some still do today, they saw that the Sun travels South until the Winter Solstice when it cold and harsh, representing darkness and death and the Sun would stop "ON THE SUN DIAL FOR THREE DAYS and on December 25th, the Sun would be said "To be BORN AGAIN" or be "BORN FROM THE DEAD" as it was on the CROSS OF THE ZODIAC" after having died for three days in which it had remained motionless on the southwestern horizon when it set in the same place for 3 days in a row. The Ancients reasoned in this dead of winter when the days were the coldest and possessed the shortest amount of light and when food was the scarcest that "the Sun had died". But glory to God; on the 3rd day, on December 25th, on the Winter Solstices, the "Sun was risen" and had been raised from the dead and began to set northward of this fixed 3 day position once again on it ascension back toward the soon coming Vernal Equinox of Spring when nature brought forth the fruits of its new "birth". December 25th is when the Sun begins it's annual journey back to the Northern Hemisphere with its promise of salvation through the medium of heat and light and the promise of a bountiful harvest to come and this was recognized and celebrated in the Spring at the Vernal Equinox (Easter) when the manifestation of this "prior birth" was fully realized with the new greenery and food and Harvests of Spring.
Now this gets a little more technical. The Ancient calender also started at a different time. Some began their calendar when the Sun entered into the constellation Virgo (the constellation of the virgin) and ended it in Leo (the constellation of the Lion), that is why some believe the Sphinx has the head of a Virgin and the Body of a  Lion. When the Sun of God was re-born, the Sun was in the Constellation of Virgo, so it was said to be "Born of a Virgin".
Answer for yourself: You mean we get the concept of the Virgin Birth from the star and the path of the Sun through a constellation in the sky? Yes we do.
The Sun was thought by the Ancient Egyptians to be the "Eye of God" or as called "Eye of Horus". Ra was the Sun God in Egypt. His full name  was Amen Ra.
Answer for yourself: Who was Amen? Do we as Christians end our prayers with the name of an Egyptian god?
