Buenos dias compañeros ! me pueden ayudar en esto, hace unos dias tengo dificultad al abrir " nuevo mensaje " o "respuesta", me sale la manito estrellada, me dice que haga click en CTRL y nuevo mensaje pero tampoco funciona, despues de muchos intentos me abre para poder contestar o poner nuevo mensaje.
Espero alguien me pueda ayudar.....

HERMOSA POR QUE PRIMERO NO ESCANEAS TU PC NO VAYAS A TENER UN VIRUS Y ESO TE ESTE PASANDO O ALGUNA FALLA DE TU PROVEDOR BUEN DIA OJALA HAYA ALGUIEN Y TE SEPA GUIAR PERO COMIENZA POR ESO BESITOS

Ya se escaneo y eso sucede algunas veces.....el ingeniero estuvo aqui y no encontró nada de virus .......
