Red shades always look so striking but they fade so quickly, and that makes me hesitate. Still, the way they catch the light, especially in the fall, makes me want to take the risk.

I know what you mean — red tones can be tricky but totally worth it when done right. It helps to choose a base that blends naturally with your hair so it doesn’t look harsh when fading. |

A close friend did a red ombre hair look starting with dark auburn roots fading into a deep copper tone, and it looked incredible. It gave her this natural glow, like the color was made for her skin tone. The fade looked even better after a few washes — warm, layered, and full of life. |
