| How to organize the negotiation of agreements with people working on the creation of a startup? How do I know that confidential information will not be disclosed? These questions have been bothering me a lot lately, so I want to find a startup coach who can help me with these agreements because I definitely can't handle it myself. |

| Did you have a large team working on your startup? Typically, in such situations, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed to protect intellectual property, trademarks, designs, etc. I was helped a month ago by a tech startup coach from https://techandmedialaw.com/ , his name is David Sharifi, Esq.
