An Anjouan license is one of the most popular jurisdictions for launching an online gambling business. It is issued by the authorities of the island of Anjouan, part of the Union of the Comoros Islands, and allows you to legally conduct gambling activities: from online casinos and bookmakers to poker, bingo and lotteries.
To obtain a gambling license in Anjouan, a company must meet several key requirements. First, it must register a legal entity that will act as the licensee. It is mandatory to submit a business plan with a description of the activities, revenue projections and target markets. The company must also implement compliance policies, including customer verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming rules. Managers and beneficiaries undergo a background check: they submit copies of passports, proof of address, certificates of no criminal record, resumes and bank references. Technical requirements are also important: it is necessary to confirm ownership of the domain, provide terms of use for players, and in the case of self-developed games, certify the random number generator. Documents must be submitted in English or with an official translation, and they must be issued no later than three months before the application is submitted. Additionally, you must pay licensing fees, an inspection fee, and an annual renewal fee. The license is issued for a period of one year with the possibility of extension. The Anjouan gaming license requirements are completely acceptable and realistic
