I studied automation and electromechanics at Kazan National Research Technical University, where I developed a passion for the balance between design and implementation. My early professional experience in industrial systems taught me that even the most advanced technology depends on the quality of its setup. A single calibration error, a loose wire, or a poorly aligned valve can alter the entire experience. That understanding shaped my approach — I see installation not as the final step, but as the defining one.

At Vendland, I specialize in deploying coffee vending systems in high-traffic environments — from business centers and hospitals to transport hubs. Each installation begins with detailed planning: analyzing the location’s layout, power infrastructure, ventilation, and user flow. I then coordinate the physical setup, electrical connection, and mechanical calibration of the machines. Once the system is operational, I test every function — heating, brewing, dispensing, payment processing — to ensure it meets Vendland’s strict quality standards. My focus is always on long-term performance, not just initial functionality.

One of my proudest projects was coordinating the installation of over 100 smart vending units across the Kazan region. The process demanded precision timing, technical creativity, and team leadership. Despite the challenges — variable site conditions, limited resources, and tight deadlines — every machine was launched on schedule. Seeing people enjoy their first coffees from the freshly installed systems was deeply satisfying, because I knew that behind each cup was a network of meticulous effort and collaboration.

I’m deeply committed to continuous improvement. I work closely with Vendland’s engineering and testing teams to report performance insights from the field. The data I collect helps refine future designs, making them easier to install, maintain, and upgrade. Beyond my technical work, I care deeply about sustainability. I’ve led initiatives to reduce waste during installations by standardizing cable routing, reusing components when possible, and optimizing logistics to minimize fuel consumption. I believe that environmental responsibility should be built into every technical process — from design to deployment.

Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with robotics and small home automation projects. These hobbies keep me creative and remind me that innovation often starts with curiosity and persistence. I also mentor young technicians, especially women entering engineering fields, helping them build confidence and technical independence.

For me, the essence of setup work lies in transformation — turning potential into performance. When a new Vendland machine switches on and everything works exactly as it should, I feel a sense of pride that goes far beyond the task itself.
