I’ve hit a plateau trying to build lean mass, and I think my protein source might be the issue. I’ve been using a random whey from a local store, but I’ve read that quality varies a lot. I want something that’s not just heavy on calories but actually helps recovery and muscle gain without bloat. Also curious if plant-based protein can work just as well or if I should stick with whey or casein. Anyone found a product that noticeably improved their strength or muscle tone over a few weeks?

If you're stuck at a plateau, dialing in your protein supplements can definitely help. I had the same issue last winter — turned out my previous protein had poor absorption and lots of filler.
