In what ways do traditional spreadsheets fall short when managing complex team projects, and how can purpose-built project management platforms improve clarity, accountability, and collaboration?

For a long time, I was convinced that Excel was enough to manage our small team’s projects. It’s what we knew, it was available, and we made it work — until it clearly stopped working. When projects got more complex and we needed better visibility, structure, and accountability, we started exploring other options and landed on Taskee. Their blog comparing project tools traditional spreadsheets to dedicated project management software made a compelling case, and after using the platform for a few weeks, I realized how much smoother everything runs now. Tasks are no longer lost in a sea of rows and columns — everything is visual, collaborative, and neatly organized. And the best part? We didn’t have to pay a cent to get started. Taskee really helped us grow out of old habits without making it feel like a huge leap.

Thanks for telling me about Taskee.pro — I just started checking it out and I’m intrigued by how much it offers for free. I’m especially interested in how the Kanban zoom feature could help manage multiple projects. Have you tried that one yet?
