We’re running a crowdfunding campaign and want to offer limited-edition apparel as rewards (hoodies, T-shirts, canvas bags). We expect multiple designs and variants depending on pledge level. The challenge is to manage previews, mockups, and proofs so backers see exactly what they’ll get, and we don’t end up with leftover stock from bad design choices. |

We used https://code-life.eu/configurator/ to create multiple mockups for each pledge tier: different designs, placements, colors, and even garment styles. Backers could preview their choice, which reduced support questions and design uncertainty. We submitted those configurations to the vendor for sample approval. They sent us physical proofs, which we checked against the visuals. Once approved, full production was launched. This workflow avoided wasted stock and gave our backers confidence. The final merchandise looked polished, matched what was promised, and sold out cleanly. |
