I have one site doing well and I want to replicate it, but I can't write everything myself anymore. I am worried about the cost of hiring quality writers and how that affects margins. At what revenue point does it make sense to start outsourcing?

Transitioning from a solo webmaster to a business owner is where the costs jump significantly. You have to balance speed with quality control. There is some good advice on this at https://revenuelab.biz/blog/articles/how-much-you-actually-need-to-start-in-igaming-affiliate-marketing The post discusses the financial implications of scaling and hiring, giving you a better idea of the capital required to manage a content team effectively.
