SWAMI SADYOJATHAH

Brief Profile :

Swami Sadyojathah was born on 6.11.1969, in the Royal Family of Kerala,
the southern most state of India. He finished his BTech in Mechanical
Engineering . Though aristocratic blue blooded, Swami ji as a youth, was
fascinated by the communist movement in Kerala and was an active supporter
of the Student wing of the Communist Party.

However an accidental meeting with His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, way
back in 1993 made a complete turn around in his whole life. The spark was
more than enough to kindle the dorment traits in him to serve humanity and
blossom into rarified realms of spirituality, into a roaring flame,under
the careful and affectionate tutelage of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.


Swami Sadyojathah Coordinates the International activties of the Art Of
Living Foundation since 1993. He is a Senior faculty of the Art of Living
Programmes which helps in eliminating stress with special focus on
restoring human values in society.

He is the Director-International Affairs of the Art of Living and also the
Founder Director of Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research, a
centre of excellence imparting a degree in Ayurveda, The
Indian System of Medicine.

He lead the core team of Art of Living volunteers in trauma relief and
counseling after the devastating Tsunami which hit the shores of India and
Sri Lanka. Through this program hundreds of people could find solace and
bring somepeace in to their shattered lives and minds.

Most importantly, Swami ji is actively involved in the on going Conflict
Resolution process initiated by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Sri
Lanka. He is the Chief Co ordinator of the' International Conference on
Peace and Reconciliation in South Asia' at Oslo.
