COMO MANEJAMOS NUESTROS SENTIMIENTOS
 
HAY UNA GRAN DIFERENCIA ENTRE COMO NOS SENTIMOS Y COMO MANEJAMOS NUESTROS SENTIMIENTOS.
TODOS TENEMOS MOMENTOS EN QUE NOS SENTIMOS MAL.
NUESTRAS ACTITUDES NO PUEDEN DETENER NUESTROS SENTIMIENTOS, PERO PUEDEN IMPEDIR QUE NUESTROS SENTIMIENTOS NOS DETENGAN.
LAMENTABLEMENTE MUCHAS PERSONAS DEJAN QUE SUS SENTIMIENTOS LAS CONTROLEN.
UNA ENCUESTA RECIENTE INDICA QUE LAS PERSONAS CON PROBLEMAS EMOCIONALES TIENEN EL 144% MAS DE PROBABILIDADES DE TENER ACCIDENTES AUTOMOVILISTICOS, QUE LOS QUE SON EMOCIONALMENTE ESTABLES.
UN HECHO ALARMANTE REVELADO EN ESTE ESTUDIO ES QUE UNA DE CADA CINCO VICTIMAS DE ACCIDENTES FATALES TUVO UNA DISPUTA DENTRO DE LAS SEIS HORAS ANTERIORES A SU ACCIDENTE. JOHN MAXWELL

Gracias por darnos a conocer a cerca de nuestros sentimientos
es verdad, que no podremos evitar que nos afecte pero tenemos
a Dios para refugiarnos en él cuendo sentimos que nosotros solos
no podemos hay que recurrir a nuestro Padre el nos da la claridad,
y nos desvanece cualquier disgusto o resentimiento o injustiacia,
lo que sea el nos ayuda solos no podemos.
Dios le bendiga grandemente gracias por su aporte
su hermana en Cristo
