MACHACA CON HUEVO (estilo Sonora). Desayuno muy popular.
Es un plato típico de la zona norte de Mèxico. Consiste de un preparado con carne seca de res desmenuzada, huevos, cebolla y jitomate rojo picado y en ocasiones salsa picante. Se fríe todo revuelto en un sartén con aceite de maíz o en ocasiones con manteca de puerco previamente calentada. Se acostumbra comer cont ortillas de harina de trigo y se acompaña con frijoles "pintos" fritos en manteca de puerco y cafè (si es tostado y molido en casa, mucho mejor...)  |
