- 1/2 litro de leche,
- helado de vainilla,
- 4 cucharadas de azúcar,
- canela en polvo.

| Preparacion: Poner el azúcar en un cazo al fuego y calentar, removiendo continuamente hasta que se caramelice. Verter la leche y hervir hasta que el caramelo haya disuelto. Pasarlo a la batidora, añadir el helado y batir hasta que esté espumoso. | | | |
